From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. Great location with the water taxi making easy access to the waterfront and the town. Good sized pool, excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs to die for, spacious, luxurious rooms. We were upgraded from a junior suite to an apartment, lovely. Very friendly staff. We asked for a late checkout because we had a night flight and they let us use the room until 4pm which was very generous and we gratefully accepted.
