My girlfriend was a bit sick during our stay and EVERYONE in the staff helped us to feel at home still. My favorite sentence ‚no worries!‘ - that‘s what we heard the most. Overall great stay and great place! And the food in the restaurant is delicious, we ate there every evening of our stay, because Rabat doesn‘t have that much restaurants in the Medina to offer. From breakfast to dinner really really good. It is such a gorgeous boutique hotel! We were greeted by a very friendly desk manager, and we were offered a complimentary drink while he checked us in (Bonus for consideration and customer experience). The breakfast was delightful, local cuisine and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, the Medina and wonderful local restaurants. Rabat gets a poor showing in tourist guides and...
Rabat gets a poor showing in tourist guides and recommendations but I adore the place. I've been there five times now and will be going back again soon. It definitely off the main tourist trail and not overloaded with monuments but the atmosphere is very tranquil and friendly. By Moroccan standards it's clean and orderly with beautiful gardens and a great beach and shoreline with the Bouregreg separating it from its twin but much older sister town Sale with its traditional ambience and modest understated feel. Rabat is big enough to call itself a city (it is the capital after all) but friendly and homely enough to have the air of a provincial town. It is a safe place to be and prices are fixed and fair so there is no having to haggle or lohg unpleasant faces and scowls if you decide not to buy something. People are friendly and hospitable and it has some great places for home cooking!Guest review byNicholasSpain
