I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. From our very first night to our last, he has gone beyond and above for my two boys and I. He really made our 3 nights stay and money worth every cent. For his beautiful kindness, he showed toward us and his excellent customer service, I will definitely come back and hope he will still be working at the hotel when we do come back.     Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

    I stayed there for one week by myself to relax and i truly had an amazing time. The villa is very beautiful designed, view and nature are absolutely amazing. The staff are fantastic and so kind, especially Ucef & Mehdi really made me feel home and very comfortable. Compliments to the chef too, the food was very good. I would definitely come back soon to this piece of paradise on earth.

    Breakfast is definitely fit for a King! Moroccan dinner was exquisite! Hammam was the best I've experienced as the spa staff were warm and genuinely friendly and it was also different as we lay on a heated marble floor to be scrubbed. The indoor pool was also a delight to swim in. Overall it was a great experience as they met our requests. Kudos to the service team!

    We felt like home it's the best place ever r for families and children, the intertainment team was very good for my kid , the team was great, didy, Sara, naira, viki, karim rasha, and omar and also the dj adil, and James kamala, the people in reception was gert, and the food was Mazing.     Marrakesh is a magical city which everyone should visit.

    Marrakesh is a magical city which everyone should visit. A three night stay is perfect to see all the city has to offer and still allow one evening to do the standard quad bike, camel ride and night show in the desert. It’s a very busy and bustling city by day with narrow streets and alleyways, filled with stalls, but mind the motorbikes, bikes and donkeys. At night the old town life continues but with the addition of the night food market in the main square. Local food is plentiful and all menus are in at least English and French. The menus can be fairly samey but normally have a good variety of local and international dishes. There are always vegetarian options. Prices are European now as this no longer the cheap option it was but it still have great value options. Alcohol is hard to find so no stag-do’s here. If you do want alcohol it’s best to get a taxi to a specialist shop and then take it back to your Riad as street drinking a definite no-no. Hotels outside of the Medina may have bar facilities but why come to Marrakesh and stay outside of the medina if you want to truly experience this amazing city. Walking is by far and away the best way to see and experience this large, old town with its maze of narrow alleyways. 4G internet is fantastic here so download an e-sim and follow your Google Maps for the best possible exploring experience. 4G signal works everywhere.

    I stayed at this riad in Marrakesh and it truly exceeded all expectations. The service was exceptional — incredibly personal, attentive, and warm from start to finish. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, full of authentic Moroccan flavours and beautifully presented. Each meal felt like a special experience in itself. The riad itself was stunning — peaceful, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail, from the décor to the ambience, created a perfect balance of luxury and traditional charm. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. A genuine gem in the heart of Marrakesh — I can’t wait to return!

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

    The market square in the evening is very busy but there's not really much variety in entertainment. Beware of pickpockets and thieves. I did encounter one trying it on with me, and another who stalked me at an ATM. Do the Guru walk with Youssef. He is brilliant. There's a restaurant where they do meat roasted in a pit. Gordon Ramsey's been there. The lamb is okay, but ask for shoulder. The beef is excellent. It is overpriced though. Girls, don't wear mini skirts. There is no pc correctness in Morocco.
