Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The real standout thing was the exceptional breakfast. Absolutely delicious. I really like the decor of the central area. The best riad experience.

Spacious and felt pretty luxurious. Amenities and food were open till late hours. The location felt safe and plenty of hammams and souk around. Breakfast was the best! Plenty of variety served up to the room ( if you sleep in) that was very accommodating. Staffs were kind and respectful.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

I liked everything about Eventi Club cité des Sports Adarissa, Mash'Allah. Outstanding hospitality by Salma and Hajar in Reception. Kindness and care by the room cleaners, porters, Jawad, and Gym Staff, Mohammad & Ayoub, Alhumdolillah. The Sports Facilities were immaculate. Loved the indoor pool, sauna and terrific Gym. So close to the Masjid, Alhumdolillah and the breakfast was so delicious. Immense thank you to the very kind and humble Manager Idrees, who even invited us to play a competitive game of 2v2 indoor basketball against elite youngsters of immense talent, Alhumdolillah. Thank you for the lovely memories, we hope to visit again in the future, Insha'Allah....

Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in Fez, kids loved it. The breakfast is great also, 5 🌟 rating from me. Thank you all at Royal Mirage, looking forward to seeing you on my next trip.

    This is no doubt the best riad we have ever been to. Since the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized. This riad is absolutely beautiful. We parked our car nearby and walked about 5 minutes to the Riad's street. It can be a little hard to find, given the fact that it is kind of hidden. We were welcomed by Yassine, the most amazing host. He made us feel completely comfortable and was always ready to help us out. The bedroom was really pretty, spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had airconditioner in case we needed it. There is also a pool on the inside, the ceiling isn't open so even if it's raining it's possible to go swimming. We also talked with the manager Mohamed, a very kind person and very helpfull and we were so glad to have met all of them, it really is an incredible staff. No wonder this place has such good reviews.

    Step inside to a beautiful decorated reception area. Fabulous breakfast, full menu to select from the previous night, freshly squeezed juice & fantastic presentation. We had breakfast in the tranquil garden next to the pool. All staff extremely helpful, especially Zara’s & Nassima who were always on hand to sort out any issues. We had laundry done which we dropped off in the morning & it was returned that evening, all pressed & packaged. A wonderful stay, highly recommend

    We had a great time at Riad Fes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great and the decor was beautiful. We dined at the restaurant which was also a lovely experience with great food, drinks and live music. It was raining non stop so we didn’t get to see the rooftop but had a great time regardless.     Fez is a fascinating city, full of life, commerce, and talented artisans. To appreciate Fez, come with an open-mind, ready to explore a world that in many ways hasn't changed in hundreds of years. A good guide can help you appreciate the history and beauty of some of the historic buildings (the medrasa, the tanneries, the oldest university), the quality of the handicrafts and the way of life of the people who make the medina their home. Visiting the Fez medina is an intense and rewarding experience.

    Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake)...

    Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake) - far too hot to be enjoyable. Getting around in the Medina was very difficult and sometimes frustrating. There one can easily fall into the trap of being accosted by self-styled guides who will take you to various shops and ask you for money at the end. Perhaps for an older traveller it would have been better to lodge outside the Medina and visit it from there with an official tour. On the positive side, some of the sites were very beautiful and the people mostly very friendly and helpful.

    The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage.

    The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage. Too bad the only thing you can see, apart from some (mostly closed) gates, is old narrow streets and shops. Locals prey on tourists in order to squeeze them dry :) In Rabat or Salé you can get a more authentic sense of a medina without the commercial pressure.
