Contact with Mohamed on WhatsApp after booking was very efficient. We originally had planned to arrive around 4/5pm but as we left ouarzazate late, we didn't arrive until about 8pm. Regardless, youssef (his brother) was waiting for us at the parking place. We drove to the camp across the desert. On arrival we were stunned by both the camp and the view. Our chosen accommodation was the luxury tent. This is by far the most unique place we've ever stayed! The tent was in a clean and very well decorated condition with a very homely feel to it. Shortly after arrival we had dinner, After this we sat outside and drank tea with others who were staying. There were only 6 groups of two or three staying when we were there, which was very nice for us and the camp fire after dinner was very interesting for both of us.The service from Mohammed and his brothers was fantastic! I can truthfully say I was still nervous about my choice before we stayed. However after arriving there was no need to be nervous at all.Everything about this place was amazing

I LOVED the property. Everything was just amazing. We had a room at the hotel with view on the desert with the bed facing it. It is just unreal. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms were very clean. Despite the sand storm the staff would keep the hotel clean every day. This hotel is truly a masterpiece and definitely worth the money. The breakfast was very very good with a lot of variety in a lovely decor. Everything is esthetically pleasing. We also had a great time thanks to Said. The man working at the front desk. He was making sure our stay would be pleasing. Thanks to him we truly felt accompanied. He was always there to help and plan the activities or to plan our breakfast. I thank him for his service when needed and comprehension. He’s a really good man and a lovely guy to chat with whenever we are at the hotel. He’s very respectful. He also helps out where needed to make sure we get the best experience. He is a devoted man and the only person to give a warm welcome upon arriving. There is also a nice little show in the evening at the camp performed by other staff members, but they act more like guests than staff members. See more in what I didn’t like about the property:

Our visit was all we could have imagined! We were astounded by the amazing sights of the Sahara desert as soon as we arrived. The camp itself was exceedingly opulent, with roomy, exquisitely furnished tents that offered all the conveniences we could want. Throughout our visit, the staff's warmth, friendliness, and attentiveness made us feel like kings.     Experiencing the desert in this beautiful camp is a life defining experience. From the start, we were well taken care of with clear directions on the meeting point, followed by a interesting 4x4 bumpy ride through the sands to the camp which is a distance in from the paved roads, passing by rudimentary Berber villages. Upon reaching the camp, we were checked into a comfortable, spacious camp and then off on a camel ride to a vantage point, with the dunes in the yonder and the setting sun on the horizon, a truly subliminal experience. Back to camp for a delicious dinner, huge portions to finish. Following that was a fine drum and singing performance by the locals before the campfire, which was certainly fun to partake in too! To round off the night, we were brought to a view point for a unobscured starry sky, the type of experience which brings out your inner philosopher. Off to a deep, restful sleep in the comfortable bed and the next morning was again another feast with the best food. Only regret was the short amount of time we had there due to the long distances we had to travel to get there and out of there. Truly a magical experience, especially due to all the staff of Kam Kam Dunes who were warm, engaging and knowledgeable and spared no effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.

    First and foremost we would highly recommend this property to future visitors. It met all of our expectations. Since we were delayed on the road and arrived later than initially expected we missed the camel ride. However, our host made sure we were privately taken to the dunes by 4x4 in order to see the sunset. Much faster and bumpier and possibly much more fun! The staff was friendly and handled any request quickly. The tents were clean, comfortable and spacious. Surprisingly the shower pressure/hot water was fantastic. Just as good or better than any hotel room. The drums and music under the starry sky was a wonderful way to end the evening. Check out and the transfer back to town (where we parked our rental car) also went smoothly. Our possibly only Sahara experience in this lifetime will always be memorable for all the right reasons :)

The setting makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale, and the staff makes you relax as much as possible to experience the moments. Ibrahim and Rahmun are incredible.     Probably the best hotel in the area. Literally in the desert, with a wonderful pool. The staff are very dedicated to doing everything they can to make your stay what you wanted. With all the surroundings, for me it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I will certainly return.

    It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for exploring the area. My room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly blended modern comfort with rustic charm.     The hotel is not in Tinejdad proper, it is in nearby El-khorbat. We did not see a lot in Tinejdad: the hotel was the highlight of the neighbourhood. The khettaras are close to Tinejdad in Jorf and we enjoyed visiting that.

The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. The staff treated us with such kindness and helped us organize a perfect desert excursion. Highly recommended!
