Beautiful city with one of the best old towns in Europe. Great for walking around, grabbing a coffee and chilling. It's a nice spot to take it easy. Great old town - vibrant with shops restaurants, UNESCO rated heritage preserved. We took tram to new library across the river which is an impressive building, also with an exhibit on design by Latvian- American architect. We took tram to Art Nouveau museum and self guided walking tour of the buildings in that area as well as embassy row. Largest amount of Art Nouveau buildings in the world.
