The whole place is absolutly spotless, well kept and cared for. Well done to the cleaning team, not easy job and they doing it great! The bed was super confy and the shower with good pressure and very hot. Every evening i would find fresh tea and typical sweets in the common area which i believe came from the hostel. Nice touch! The restaurant is lively and to my surprise food was excellent and not overpriced. All staff including cleaning staff had a very good to perfect english. At the reception which is the first point of connection between a guest and the business i met Houssam, what can i say. Extremelly professionally, easy to talk to, very accomodating and above all he cared. He cared abt the clients and about his work - a rare thing these days. My Beirut is slowly recovering, and this trip felt so much better than when we visited two years ago. The country feels more stable, and you can sense a beautiful energy of resilience and hope in the air. The Lebanese people, as always, remain incredibly warm, welcoming, and excited to work, carrying their unmatched hospitality with pride.
