So clean and nice and lobby is very beautiful. They have a great retro gaming room downstairs too that I loved. Location is very close to the most beautiful flower garden around the lake to take photos with Mount Fuji. I met cool travellers that became my friends and we continued to travel together forward.

Honestly, I love everything. I am so so happy I booked and paid more for the Mt.fuji View. This alone was the highlight of my trip, waking up and going to bed, having this incredible view was insane. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel right next to kawaguchi station, the famous Lawson shop/photo op, near Lake kawaguchi and near the rope line. The staff were amazing and friendly and loved using the shuttle bus. I would definitely stay here again.

The view from the hotel is quite nice you can see the fuji mountain. 24hour family mart beside the hotel is so good you can buy things you need also exclusive fuji yuru camp merch. also there's free parking since we rented a car for the trip

This place was perfect. We loved it so much we immediately booked for two other hotels in the Dormy Inn chain later in our trip. The onsen was so lovely, with a view of Fujiyama. The massage chairs were so nice. Free ice cream, ramen and Yakult was a bonus. The breakfast was incredible. Love this place. The staff are the loveliest.
