Loved staying here!!! The staff were very friendly, they let us leave our luggage before check in and after check out. There were washing machines free of charge in a room connected to the bath area. As well as a coin dryer in there too. There were free ice creams/ice blocks after evening onsen and free probiotics drinks after morning onsen. Staff were very professional, our room was clean and spacious. The onsens were fantastic, very well maintained. There was a sauna, a cold bath, an indoor and outdoor bath. Lots of amenities in the lobby as well as in the bathing areas. We had breakfast while we stayed here and it was great. Really appreciated the fact that most things were in little containers/plates. Loved staying here, really recommend it.

Excellent location at Sendai Station that can be reached without going outside if it is raining. Comfortable bed and linens. Clean room with very nice bathroom & excellent shower. Nice view from my single wide room. Friendly, capable staff members worked hard to make my stay easy and convenient.

The owner was so nice and showed me around when I first got there, even though I checked in super late at night he made sure I got to know where everything was. He also brought me to and from the port, where I could head to the cat island. Beside the hotel there was even a cat room where I was able to play with the cats in my downtime

Great location(10 mins walk to JRSendai Station, Sendai bus Station, Metro Miyagino Station, 2mins to convenience stores, 5mins to Post office and around with many restaurants and department store for shopping) Clean room with bathtub and organics amenities. Have coin laundry and vending machine service on 7th floor. All staff vary polite and have a high responsibility for their work. Amazing shower head and water pressure! All tiredness flew away! And the bathroom is shower in tub(Japanese) style. One of the best shower and deep soaking tub, I loved. The stuffs were amazingly polite and nice. No complain at all! I wanted to stay few more days!!!
