FAQs about hotels in Veneto
Inspiration for Artist and Architect
The Veneto offers relaxation and recreation in world-famous cities and wonderful landscapes. Words don’t do justice to its ever-serene capital Venice, a captivating maze of canals and monuments. Cheap hotels in Venice are scarce, but Mestre across the lagoon offers more budget options.
Cheap flights to Venice land in Treviso, a little version of that fabled city. Also centred on canals is beautiful Chioggia, home to several Veneto hotels on the beach. Yet more are in Caorle, near its distinctive 11th-century bell tower and waterfront church. Another family-friendly Veneto resort with a long beach is Lido di Jesolo.
In studenty Padua, Giotto’s 14th-century frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel are bursting with colour. The majestic Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza was designed by Palladio, the prolific architect whose villas and churches cover the Veneto. Romantic Verona inspired Romeo and Juliet and has an incredibly well-preserved Roman arena hosting summer opera.
Nearby Lake Garda offers many luxury hotels in the Veneto on Booking.com. By its eastern shore is the popular Gardaland theme park, the elegant Garda promenade, and the wineries of Bardolino.
Grappa was invented in riverfront Bassano del Grappa, and nearby Asolo is one of the region’s most beautiful hill towns. Belluno is overlooked by the Dolomites, while Abano Terme is a spa town by the Colli Euganei, whose undulating hills house vineyards.

The canals are magnificent! The first sight of them only increases awe and inspiration. The history and story about how Venice came to be is fascinating! A superb lunch beside the canal is a must. Venice is a city like no other,Guest review byBERNARDCanada - 10.0

It's so easy to get around - be sure to visit the Ampitheatre/Arena and the fenicular, take a ride on the little tour bus and take a trip to Lake Garda - you can get to Sirmione easily by bus or train. Emanuel Cafe near the Arena was great - particularly the friendly staff. A lovely city with lots going on!Guest review byLisaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It's a great location if you have a car. Staying on the T1 tram line was an easy and quick way of travelling into Venice with the service running frequently. Access to a local cafe, butcher and deli. Felt like we were part of the community.Guest review bySusanAustralia - 10.0

just behind the hotel is a strip where all the bars, shops , restaurants are located. they all appeared to be of a very high standard. great beer options. food is made to a very good standard. We went into John Martins , Mary's , Route 66 and theB. live music venue. drink and food prices reasonable. the beach is sunbeds cheek by jowl, but the hotel alocates sunbeds. very safe beach and warm meditteranian sea. use insect bite cream though due to the lagoon location.Guest review bymartinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Like most Italian cities, Padova is worth visiting.
Like most Italian cities, Padova is worth visiting. For those who want to learn about the cradle of free secular thought, Padova is a must location as the oldest secular university in the world and the first university that gave a uni degree to a woman. And top this with the usual mindblowing medieval, Venetian Gothic and Renaissance architecture. You can't see Scrovegni Chapel anywhere else and a cute private Museum of Precinema at Palazzo Angeli. Everything is accessible on foot. I would recommend at least three full days in Padova.Guest review byIvaCroatia - 8.0

Carole's beach was perfect for us.
Carole's beach was perfect for us. It was sandy, gently sloping, and jellyfish-free. In the evenings, the central streets of the town turn into pedestrian zones with various attractions. During our vacation, we managed to visit a Miró and Dalí exhibition at the Centro Culturale Bafile as well! The beach promenade behind the hotels offers excellent opportunities for nighttime strolls and is also great for morning runs. At the end of the promenade, near the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Angelo, the night and daytime views are stunning.Guest review byHellowoodooHungary - 10.0
The hotel facilities are awesome.
The hotel facilities are awesome. The staffs take care us very well, especially the concierge staff who help us deal with the rental company. We have a flat tire on our rental car and the hotel staff help us a lot to contact the car rental company and hire taxi to pick up the new car. In addition, the breakfast is very nice and have a lot of variety food. The location is on walking distance to the central of the city.Guest review bySivaThailand - 10.0
