Gorgeous property located in the Kalsa area, which was very charming. Added bonus was having a pool, one of the few hotels i believe that have one in that area.. this was very handy after a full day of site seeing. Very close to the main tourist areas. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Francesco really made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any question we had. The breakfast was fantastic and had excellent variety. Our room was small but exactly what we wanted. The Air Conditioning worked great and the bed, shower, and toilets all were in great shape. It is also right next to a lovely little beach and the hotel even provided us with beach towels.

The amenities were great and the staff made our stay all the more enjoyable. The concierge helped us with our luggage, accommodation, parking at the hotel and to the airport (because we had a car) and how to navigate the public transport system. Big shout out to Georgia! She was an incredible help to both my wife and I and her personable nature made our stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you Georgia!

The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a great bathroom. It had a good bed with good pillows. The room looked like new, and the whole hotel appeared brand new. Also, it had an amazing view. The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Ragusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional; they explained to us step by step how to get to a bar we were looking for. The parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast offered infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, something key at this time of year. All the staff we met were fluent in English and Spanish.

The resort is situated in a beautiful location with volcanoe , Mt Etna always in one’s view. The hotel and golf course are worth the some what stressful drive up to it’s location. Hotel staff were professional, friendly, and caring to guests needs. Food was delicious with reasonable rates. Room with a breathe taking view of a plush vineyard. Ok the golf course. Great staff. Course is in great shape. Greens hard and fast. Fairways mostly narrow bordered by old in bloom leaves. Very little water. Only issue of concern was that fact of two free roaming dogs which I saw running on the back nine. Golf staff assured me both friendly farm dogs. I highly recommend the hotel and golf course.

For those who like newer facilities, the hotel was modern and had a lovely spa. The rooms were huge with state of the art showers. The two good things about the hotel are the beach and the entertainment team. The beach is amazing, almost private, clean and with a lot of space to swim. The entertainment team was amazing. Having planned just an overnight in the city, our group agreed that we would recommend just heading out to explore Sicily and skip Catania altogether; it was not worth all the aggravation getting back and forth from the airport. Very dirty city, the few attractions weren't that exciting, and we enjoyed other areas of the island much more. The buses weren't remotely running on time and we finally just got an Uber to get back to the airport for our rental car.

We stayed in Ortygia, the Old Town part of Syracuse, whcih was a very interesting place, with narrow streets and old buildings. The market was great. We also went to the medieval Jewish ritual baths, the only surviving one in Europe, because it was blocked up during the Spanish Inquisition and only rediscovered in the 1960s. The Archimedes and Da Vinci Museum was amazing - found out a lot more of their discoveries and inventions. And the Archaeological Park was wonderful - needed a couple of hours to go around. Have to catch a taxi to get there - best to go later in the day if it is a hot day.

Amazing views, good hike to the top of Taormina walking path. Beautiful pebble beaches, but a bit of rubbish in the water and surrounds. Great base for day trips (to Erice/Egadi Islands/even Marsala), but the city itself is worth visiting! A very walkable location, especially from where we stayed [SAT Appartamenti Locazioni turistiche brevi-G&P]. We were told to try Busiate so we did in so many different styles haha. We ate these seasoned fried chick pea patties that looked like fried halloumi or tofu that had we not spoken to our hosts we would not have known what we were eating! I left this too late and can't recall everything... Spectacular views as per for Sicily. We happened to be there for the opening of "Radio Mare" this cute cafe that becomes a hi-fi listening bar in the eveniing... super vibey, defo check it out. Every shop and restaurant we stumbled in was worth visiting. It was a lively city that was a good blend of tourist and locals!

Beautiful town, full of life at night. Easily walkable, flat streets. Beach is nice and long, with multiple free areas. It's a gorgeous scene with the huge mountains, and lighthouse at the other end. It is definitely more of a touristy feel, as we went in August. Definitely explore up and down the peninsula, as there's excellent beaches and coves to swim at as well!

Alot of people do not speak english, and everything there including street sign are in ilalian. Had an excustion to the godfather on a hop on hop off bus(green) I had ordered from Get Your Guide and went 2 hours early and the direction they gave us was wrong and couldnt find the place for pick up in mountain. Had no wifi on my phone, even when i paid extra to get itWIFI on my phone. Tried to ask people but on one knew where to go. Traffic was terrible where the address was to pick up. So i ended up not making the excurion, and company is not giving me a refund. Also the rest RISTORANTE SABBIE D' ORO charged us $162.00(euro) for a 1 lobster. They stood over us until we order, couldnt speak english and the menu said 18 euros for a one lobster, thought that was a good price. Pressed us with extra stuff we did not want to order, because we could not understand them. Then we go to pay there system was down and couldnt take no visa or MC. Our bill was $350 eros. We had to go to atm machine and they charged us $75 to take money out of machine. BAD EXPERINCE!!!!!! I would suggest not to go there.
