I have never rate 10/10 before but this one and the people working there deserve 10+/10. The place is amazing , cleaned and offers a very relaxing and natural (probably unique) atmosphere and experience. Who makes the difference here is the mindset of the workers who made the customer feeling the relax , the comfort , the genuine and warm welcome and the experience. We recommend to taste the restaurant as well. Very very good. And super appreciated the served breakfast (instead of the usual buffet) . Even The handyman named Roberto talks to you with the passion that I have never experienced before - he told us all about how to take care of olive tree and about the natural clima that surrounds the area. In fact we were so affascinante that we have got an olive tree from the area to plant in Amsterdam and we called it Roberto of course . But you can breath and experience the customer care and the location care by everyone employed there. I do not remember all names but we did notice the Love and care this location transmits to visitors. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. No need to go anywhere else if you are around. I would go here even if you visit the so close Firenze. Finally the “hotel” and the Staff who deserve full respect and thank you from Customers. I travel the world, I leave in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) , I am Italian and this hotel and the staff made me feel I should maybe work in this location and leave there. Congratulations to the owners too of course because they have created this wonderful atmosphere

I liked everything. The room, breakfast was delicious, place was clean and tidy. A big shout out to Mateo and Matias from reception, they are such lovely guys, friendly, welcoming and also quick responsive to our requests, keep it up with the good work guys. Thank you for your help. The hotel is a bit away from Florence city centre but there is a car parking near the hotel where you can catch the tram to go to the city centre if you are driving and the hotel is also on the way to Bologna or Siena.

First of all i wish to thank Maria for a perfect weekend.She is such a kind person,always there to help you with anything you need.Can see she is doing this from the heart.Always smiling and make sure you feel at home,couse that's how you feel.I recommend the place and for sure we will be back.Everything was so clean,the food was delicious,the room very cozy and the view amazing.Thank you so much again for making our wedding anniversary even more special. Location: 9/10 (Just stopover for us from Venice to Pisa). Good for hiking! Cleanliness: 10/10 We stayed in 3 bedroom mobile home. All bedrooms, toilet and bathroom are clean. The kichenettes well prepared (Plates, cups/mugs, pots/pans, stove). Staff: 10/10 Friendly and welcomed. Got restaurant and mini market.

Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, would do anything to assist their guests. Very peaceful and remote location, great facilities, fantastic breakfast, spectacular scenery. Aufgass Sauna ritual. Falling asleep to the sound of the running stream

Great location, big swimming pool, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast with a lot of choice (croissants, toasts, cereals, cakes, fruit, cheese,…). The dinner was very delicious too. The host was very kind. Great value for money.

Beautful place, good homemade food, great people, nice swimming pool and whirpool, everthing was the nice. We will go back, I hope, in future! ❤️🌸😇

Ideal, location for a long drive from north to soutern Italy.5 min from motorway. Facilities wonnderful. Pool & outside dining food outstanding.

Very organised and clean hotel. Very busy with business stays. Great breakfast and service. The pool was great for cooling off.

if you want a calm atmosphere in the middle of beautiful nature you are at the right. Paolo and his mom are great hosts and cooks!
