- From US$84 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 25,951 reviewsLocation not central but VERY conveniently located right next to a bus stop that connects you to metro system. Hu Roma Camping offers a cafe where you can get good coffee and cornetto for breakfast. There’s also a big supermarket right across the street. Both the site and our bungalow were very clean. We stayed there in February and it was cosy and warm (air conditioning for heating works super well).Guest review byKatarzynaPoland

If you are going and seeing the magnificent sights, go.
If you are going and seeing the magnificent sights, go. But my immediate impression was the one I have had since FELLINI’S ROMA—of a trashy, dysfunctional metropolis. Remember, Gore Vidal said about it “It’s as good a place as any to view the end of the world.”Guest review bymatthewUnited States - 8.0

The close proximity of the hotel to the airport make this an excellent place to stay. The hotel is connected to the airport by a walkway, making it an ideal place to stay. The food is good, and the bar excellent. Nice bathroom, linens and bed. It is pricey, but the close proximity to the airport makes it worth it.Guest review byKristiUnited States - 10.0

I don't think many people think of "going to the beach" in Rome, but it's only about 30 minutes away and costs $1.50 by public transit. The town itself is a little slow when not in high beach season, but there are loads of restaurants and shops to keep you busy if the beach isn't your thing. Public transport is great. And, you can visit incredible recently unearthed Roman Ruins of Ostia Antica very easily.Guest review byMichelle KinchUnited States - 10.0

I have visited Viterbo a number of times and love walking around the historical centre. I use Viterbo as my base to visit towns and sites nearby as I don't drive, so it is very convenient and well serviced by Cotral bus services to the different places.Guest review byAnneAustralia - 10.0

During my visit to Gaeta, I was truly impressed by several places in this charming coastal town. I especially loved walking along the seaside promenade and the beautiful avenue of plane trees—it was very relaxing and scenic. The old town with its colorful streets and historic buildings was also a highlight. For a quick bite or a casual meal, there are plenty of great options. I particularly enjoyed the local cafés and restaurants where you can try fresh seafood and traditional Italian dishes. There are also small grocery stores nearby if you prefer to grab something on the go. Getting around Gaeta is quite easy. The town is compact, so most places can be reached on foot, and it’s very pleasant to explore the streets at a leisurely pace. For families with young children, I would highly recommend visiting the beaches, which are clean and safe. A walk along the promenade or a visit to the Spanish Fortress on Monte Orlando is also fun and manageable with kids. The town has a relaxed atmosphere, making it perfect for families to enjoy both sightseeing and leisure time together.Guest review byЖаннаUkraine - 10.0

Villa d’Este was amazing and had waterfalls to rival Palace of Versailles. The walk through Villa Gregoriana gardens down the side of the hill to the bottom of the waterfalls was a solid hike and not for the feeble. Definitely take a couple of hours to visit Hadrian’s Villa (aka Villa Adriana) which had amazing historical half crumbling palace and ornamental lake.Guest review bySharee F.Australia - 10.0

A lovely quaint place to stay, transport by train to Rome was a 5 min walk from hotel Flora and the train took about 40 min. and bus was outside the hotel. It has lovely restaurants and bars but limited clothes shopping. Just a great place to stay away from the the crowds in Rome. Cheap train travel to Rome 4.50 euro return to Frascati. Wineries are close to the township, just a beautiful place to stay.Guest review byHelenAustralia - 10.0
