Rooms were spacious and clean. It seemed like a new property and was maintained really well. Exactly as shown is pictures, in fact it exceeded our expectations. All staff members very courteous and helpful. They made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated & modern hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff were incredible and are a credit to this hotel. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal/Agra or Delhi monuments as it offers a calm place to return to each evening. The bedrooms have everything you could need and are finished to a very high specification! They even accommodated our request of a room with a bath - thank you!

The hotel itself is an absolute gem—beautifully designed with modern amenities, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy environment for relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day. What truly sets Mavens House apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was helping with local directions, arranging transport, or simply providing a little extra care, their professionalism and genuine hospitality were evident at every turn.     Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The property is very beautiful, and overall the staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff, however, sometimes did not behave in a fully professional way and showed a lack of hygiene—for example, handling the omelet garnishes with their hands before placing them on the plate. Fortunately, with the supervision and guidance of the managers, these issues were corrected. Ms. Prity was exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive, and she acted with great professionalism. My wife is personally very thankful to her. The hotel offered a variety of programs and entertainment, which we truly enjoyed. They even helped me organize a surprise dinner for our wedding anniversary, making it a very special experience for us. The only real issue we had was with the massage and spa. We had booked a couple’s foot massage, but there was no washing beforehand, and we were simply asked to lie down as we were. No change of clothing was provided either, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. Also, from a five-star hotel, one would at least expect several varieties of Indian bread to be available, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would rate it 9 out of 10.

    Atara is the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. This small boutique hotel, nestled in a quiet street, charms you with its cozy & well-appointed rooms, large comfortable beds, surprisingly big bathrooms and warm and elegant decor. The staff is amazing, going above and beyond to make your feel welcome and comfortable. From personalized recommendations to thoughtful gestures, they ensure that your stay is exceptional. And then there is the food! The veg stew, the bunna gosht, the aglio aglio, were all ABSOLUTELY scrumptious. Found myself licking my fingers, which doesn't happen very often. If you're in Gurgaon or visiting the city, and looking for a place away from home, that offers all the perks of a comfort, care and good food, Atara is a must-stay.

    The city has a few spots that are visit worthy, but rest of it is just a huge village with very poorly designed infrastructure. The roads just flood with tiniest of rain spells and most of the locations would have you fear for your safety during night.

    Loved the proximity to Delhi and Gurgaon. Loved the ability to enjoy nature and still be pampered by all the modern conveniences and amenities. This place is still unspoiled by commerce - so enjoy it before the whole world descends on this area and it is over run my commercial shops and concrete jungles.

    Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

    Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I came for work for two weeks, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than here. From the spotless rooms to the rich and indulgent dining hall, and the service – wow! The staff is exceptionally professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything, putting the guest first at all times. Every little issue I had was resolved instantly. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. On my last day, the entire staff even surprised me with a personalized cake – just for me. As long as I come to Delhi (no matter where in Delhi), I will stay only at this hotel. A truly unforgettable experience. No need to think twice – this is the number one hotel in all of India!
