We were welcomed by Igas at the reception and he made the check-in process a breeze. He went a step further and ensured that the restaurant remained open for dinner even after its closing time. The room was spacious and had a beautiful decor. The other spaces including the pool were clean and well maintained. The breakfast menu had multiple options to choose from and Chef was happy to cater it to our needs. A big thanks to Igas and other staff for taking good care of us. We had an incredible stay at this hotel, easily one of the best we've ever experienced. Everything exceeded our expectations!

I stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect. The hotel is well built and comfortable, even with automatic remote controlled toilets. The room was very comfortable and there is a nice outdoor common area by the pool with a shared kitchen. The staff are very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The pool overlooks ricefields and you get a nice sunset view. I also loved the toileteries and the comfortable SOKO pajamas. The hotel itself is in a very quiet and remote village, which was perfect for me as it is a 10 minute walk away from the beach.

The room was delightful and the staff were all very warm, welcoming and helpful. The pool and garden were perfect, it was a lovely peaceful location to switch off from everything. Although there were other people staying there (there are six lodges in total), the pool was never busy and there was always space.

This hotel is perfect for families! They have so much to offer, including mini soccer, a swimming pool, a gym, yoga sessions, and various activities for the whole family to enjoy together. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. There’s also ample parking space, which is so convenient. The staff are absolutely lovely, always welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with balconies that provide stunning views of the surroundings. Amazing place and location! Delicious and cheap food. Unreal mountain views. There is hot water. Excellent staff, speaks English and even knows a few Russian words. There is a kitchen where you can make tea or coffee or cook something. Early check-in and late check-out, we were going to check out at 12, but it started to rain and we got stuck in the mountains, we were in the room for another two hours and no one kicked us out. There are exercise machines with a view of the mountains, a beautiful garden, you can get a massage in the room.

This place is a hidden gem, such beautiful surroundings. We loved the facilities and the restaurant was very good. There are two pools to choose from and both are really nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathroom. Staff were really friendly. The pet dogs were a bonus, so cute. Really good value for money, would highly recommend.

A really nice experience where you get to live in the rain forrest in close connection with the nature. Do not go here alone, especially if you are afraid of the dark and animal noises. Our stay in Bedugul was a tranquil beginning to our stay in Bali. We loved the variety of scenery and activities. Although drivers were needed to access most of the activities most of these were not far from the hotel. Interactions with drivers and staff felt authentic. Loved that we could go for walks around GiriwoodHotel too. The lower temperatures in this region were very welcomed too.

The peacefulness and serenity.

The peacefulness and serenity. Very traditional Bali which is a breath of fresh air away from the hustle and bustle of central main areas. Would only recommend as a stay if you're looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. Very easy to get around if you hire a scooter otherwise you walk every where. There are a few restaurants and warungs on the beach side and up the road but nothing 5 star. Some classier spots about 10 minutes away from the main surf beach.

We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access. The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while. He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

Stayed in Sesandan Village- gorgeous rolling hills full of greenery and smiling faces. I ate primarily at Bali Red Roses (food cooked by Mr. Wayan's wife). I am an ultra runner so I walked almost everywhere with the occasional trip to Tabanan. The hiking, running, and walking are wonderful. Learn about dog packs and being the alpha though because you will need to learn to handle the chatty dogs.

I absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff and owner were incredibly lovely and accommodating. The space was spotless, very clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Can't wait to come back to this special place!

We loved the Joglo accommodation we stayed in.

We loved the Joglo accommodation we stayed in. It was in perfect condition, very clean and spacious. Aircon worked well and surprisingly no issue with mozzies in the room. We were thankful to have toothpaste and toothbrush’s in the room for us, also body wash and shampoo. We brought along our little dog and am thankful for our experience there. For dinner we had meals delivered by a local Warung that was recommended by the hotel staff. The next morning we went to the local beach, it’s not one to swim at. More a place to get a few photos and move on. Not much to do around the area, just relax and unwind.

Already did review but also they can send out laundry that can be done overnight for a reasonable price! Extremely helpful when on a long trip and packing light. Handara gate is not really worth paying and standing in line for. Go to Wanagiri for great photos. Banyu wana amertha falls is recommended. 3 waterfalls, no mafia guides harassing you, can take motorbike down to falls for cheap, not many people

We stayed at Villa Taman di Blayu for 5 nights, for us it was a retreat to sit and chill. For this it was perfect.....after travelling through some pretty hectic traffic to get there. From the Villa there was no traffic noise, it overlooks rice fields and has lovely grounds garden / pool / ponds that surround the restaurant. The streets surrounding were safe to walk around.
