Everything was great. Room was spacious with very comfy bed, big shower and bath. New TV with Netflix was nice to have. Well working airconditionair with remote control was good as you dont have to stand up to turn it off. Staff was super friendly and caring! They really gave us 10/10 service. Location is also good - 30 min walk by foot or 10 min by bike. Even though the size of hotel is quite small, the pool is big and a place is lovely with very nice plants. Before coming there I read some bad comments, but they really are not true. Next time we are in Bali we will definitely come back!!! Special thanks again to staff!

The hotel staff is amazing. The room was very clean, large and well decorated. The swimming pool is in the middle of trees. Breakfast is also excellent and very large. Tea time and yoga lesson were also included in the price !

The Nau Villa Ubud hotel was the first hotel we stayed in in Bali. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for five nights. We say it from now on, the best hotel we have been to in Bali and... in other countries... in addition to the quality-price ratio! What makes this place special, above anything else, is its staff! Each one of them! They have made us feel at home and we didn't want to leave there! Constant attention, kindness, education, any questions or information we needed were resolved immediately. Special mention to Kadek always very happy and helpful! (who picked us up at the airport, waiting for us for more than two hours due to a plane delay and found us a place to have dinner because it was already very late and most of the restaurants were already closed. Another day we took a great excursion with he); to Yogi, very jovial (Paella) and very sweet in his treatment as well as very professional in his attention to us; and finally, to Katut, a person who transmits kindness and serenity at all times, who was always attentive to any need we had and with whom we made an unforgettable excursion! Thanks for everything! Regarding the hotel facilities, the place is wonderful, surrounded by rice fields, with absolute tranquility only "disturbed" by the sounds of the animals that live in nature. A corner of peace. It is also close to Ubud (30 min) and many places of interest. The villas are perfectly equipped, with all the necessary details, to make your stay unforgettable! They each have a private pool with views of nature, which is truly incredible! And another very strong point of Nau Villa Ubud is its food! It's very very good! The Nasi Goreng they prepare is the best we have eaten during our stay in Bali! And the breakfasts are incredible! I could continue saying good things about the hotel but I wouldn't finish!! Padma Resort Ubud is, simply put, the best resort I have ever been to. The hotel grounds are huge and located in a lush jungle river valley. Common areas include (among others) an amazing pool with a sunken pool bar, a bamboo nest used for yoga classes and private dinners, a well-equipped gym, two very nice restaurants, a cocktail lounge bar, an incredibly atmospheric spa, a very nicely arranged garden with an animal farm, archery and golfing facitilies and a trully unique track going around the hotel and into the jungle itself. All of these places have been designed very carefully to provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Views are breathtaking wherever you go. The array of activities provided is simply impressive. The hotel has something for everyone. The rooms are very elegant, spacious and comfy. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food everywhere in the hotel was really good. The cocktails were masterfully crafted and the wine list was good as well. All these however, were relatively insignificant compared to the true highlight, which was the amazing staff. All of the people we met there were beyond kind, extremely helpful, always with a smile, they went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience possible and their demeanour was what made our day, every day. We would like to thank them all for these days. We were genuinely sad to leave and we hope to return some day, even though we live half the world away. To sum up, if you are looking for the perfect place to relax in the beautiful island of Bali, and you have a little extra holiday money to spare, look no further. Padma Ubud will probably be the best place you have ever been.

Such a comfortable room with wonderful amenities and an incredible view. Room tidied every day and then turned down every night with cookies. Great restaurant and room service, wonderful food and drinks which is discounted if you stay for an extended period of time. Free yoga classes on Wednesday and Friday mornings which were a great way to start the day! The spa and their services were absolutely delightful. The most friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Stunning infinity pool with jungle views.

The view from the room is amazing! Property was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, there is quite a lot of options and portions are big. Nice restaurant in the premises with reasonable pricing. We also used laundry services, everything was cleaned and ironed perfectly. Staff friendly as well. Also these Villas are owned by Indonesian, we really liked it. I would really recommend this place for a friend and come back myself in the future.

Everything! The Valley pool villa is just FLAWLESS. The view is on another level, can’t explain in words, you need to see. We stayed there and didn’t move everywhere. Pool is clean, chill area is good, terrace perfect for dinner. Bath area is gorgeous with lots of details. At day time you can see black bees and other insects. Staff was very helpfull and quick. Room service and food was classy. Floating breakfast is a MUST. 10/10

I've visited ubud few years ago and it was a different...

I've visited ubud few years ago and it was a different experience. This time Ubud felt like a building site, the walk up to the rice fields was crowded with mopeds transporting building materials, overloaded with bricks, cement and 4 meter metal strips! they drive within inches of walkers on the path which took the joy of walking. Traffic was also very busy to get anywhere. I think we'll choose a different destination for future jungle and rice paddy experience

It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners & staff who made me feel like part of the family knowing l was travelling alone. My villa had a private garden & verandah with my own pond with fish & a waterfall. Such a peaceful & beautifully spacious room serviced daily. The organic food & drinks were delicious & the house frozen margarita became a daily treat for me. Prices were so inexpensive so l could indulge. The staff are always smiling & laughing as this boutique resort is a place they love to be also . The views are breathtaking & the peace it brought me filled my heart with such joy. I highly recommend this to any traveller .

Great place to stay for markets and culture.

Great place to stay for markets and culture. Need transport to get around but Taxis are so cheap and Grab taxi app a must. So convenient. Day excursions with personal taxi driver in your own time a must too. Over 4 days saw a lot of the island and also squeezed in a lot in a day but with time to spare. Holiday so worth it. One more off my bucket list.
