Saw I was with a Kane and not the healthiest of people and immediately got us in a taxi to the apartment AND paid for the taxi…he knew this was all a supprime for my wife so kept all the secrets and even sang happy birthday with us about 6 times for every little moment she liked… he gave a tour with more singing jokes and happiness that made our stay … he got everything perfect… he organized and PAID for all travel we did and taxis (to the point sometimes we did not say we went anywhere just because he did so much nice stuff already) he found like 8 rooftop bars for us telling us his favorite aspects of each one…. He was constantly always polite and happy and helpful…the apartment was amazing and the pics speak for themselves …great location jacuzzi balcony comfy bed everything….but he made the stay luxurious….I’m sure I’ve forgotten something here as I’m writing this as quick as possible so he knows he was greatly appreciated and we haven’t forgotten his service… most pictures of awesomeness are on my partners phone so I’ll have to make do with pics on mine but amazing stay and place but more amazing customer service….the only problem is they haven’t made a statue of Odi outside the fancy classy apartments to commemorate his making your stay perfect…literally perfect ….oh and side note there’s and awesome massage place just behind the building too so you don’t have to walk far back to room after your turned to comfy jelly…but yeah AWSOME stay and build a statue of Odi in or near the apartments …if you go Budapest rich hotels are gd But this winsGuest review byRobertFrance

Beautiful historic city with lots of amenities to suit the tourist. Transport system is very efficient and travel cards are great value for money. The City Park is an interesting and fun place to walk around with numerous facilities including Ballon Fly, Kids Village, private dog park, boating lake and Zoo. The Thermal baths cannot be missed most especially the Rudas with its panoramic view of the city. Museums are all well run and value for money with good discounts for students and elderly. House of Terrors lives up to its name with staff in character representing the hardships Hungary suffered in the past. A clean and safe city with very little sign of panhandlers and the number of homeless seems low. It is a really good city for walkers as it is is quite flat and the trams and buses are never far away if you feel tired.Guest review byTwentyfourhourdays - 8.0

Beautiful city for architecture and history. Bus tour with river trip very good. Parliament building is spectacular but expensive for the duration (40 minutes) and the system when you arrive for getting your ticket is shambolic! Synagogue well-worth a visit with holocaust museum Palate Indian restaurant is excellent and good value. We stayed in Buda which was quite hilly with lots of steps, it had the castle area which was lovely but would stay on the pest side if I went back as flatter snd more shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. The metro is cheap and easy to use.Guest review byClaireUnited Kingdom
