The outdoor pool has a great setting, and the indoor pool has a pleasently warm temperature. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very close to Lake Balaton. During my most recent visit, I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The friendly and accommodating personnel made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The amazing level of cleanliness throughout my stay made for a cosy and secure environment. The large balcony that was connected to my room was the highlight of my trip because it offered a nice outside area where I could unwind and breathe in the fresh air. The rooms themselves were an ideal fusion of contemporary style and a welcoming, cosy ambiance. One of the most unforgettable experiences was waking up to my room's breathtaking view of Lake Balaton. Being able to see the lake so clearly out of my window was a real treat. This hotel stood out for its wonderful family-friendly ambiance. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed themselves, from the roomy accommodations to the thoughtful extras. Finding a place that so effectively serves everyone is not always simple, but this hotel got it right. Overall, I had an amazing time during my stay at this hotel. It was a memorable vacation because of the spacious balcony, the contemporary yet comfortable rooms, the spectacular view, and the welcoming atmosphere.

Known to many as Hungarian Sea, Lake Balaton is the Central Europe’s largest body of fresh water and one of its most popular attractions. Located in the Transdanubia region of Hungary, the Balaton is great for water sports, wine-tasting trips or simply relaxing in the sun.

One of the major resorts is Siofok, great for a family holiday due to significantly shallower waters here and plenty of children activities and facilities. Known as the capital of Balaton, it is full of sandy beaches, stalls with local food and crafts, as well as nightclubs.

Other popular destinations on the south shore of the lake are Zamardi, Balatonfoldvar, Balatonfenyves and Fonyod, the latter offering great views of the lake and the volcanic-topped hills surrounding it.

If I could give this place 50 stars I would. Every single thing about this place was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff are friendly, professional, accommodating, and always available for help or questions. They are definitely well staffed between cleaning, restaurants, reception, bars, etc and you never have to wait long for anything. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice start to our trip here. We had an incredible room with 2 balconies, a beautiful lake front view, and an incredible deep bathtub and large comfortable bed. The outdoor lake deck private for hotel guests was really nice and relaxing. Because we were here before “season” starts, we had no trouble finding available lounge chairs. The fresh, cold towels were also a nice touch! We made use of the wellness area. The two saunas were very nice as well as a the two indoor pools. The layout was comfortable and again, lots of space. The massage services were top! Absolutely amazing staff here and my husband and I both enjoyed our massages. The breakfast buffet/made to order service was delicious and had a great variety. We never got tired of it during our 3 days stay. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. When you look at the other hotels around, there is just absolutely no comparison. Mala Gardens is amazing quality and the prices are fair! Will happily return.

The staff (receptionists, Zalán - the bell boy, the restaurant staff, the masseuse, the ladies at the café) were all super kind, polite and professionals. When I checked in, I asked for some information about the massage. The receptionist remembered my request and introduced the masseuse to me while I was at the café. In the evening, he still remembered my room number when we went to have dinner - exceptionally professional! The room was clean and comfortable, the spa was enjoyable and super clean! There are restaurants around the hotel, the town centre is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was amazing, we could choose from a big variety of dishes, and the coffee was amazing! We went there by car; the hotel has its own big car park, it's safe and only the hotel guests have access to it by using a card which opens the gate. There are different facilities for small children, the best is the bouncy inflatable castle. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travellers too.

The place has a very homey atmosphere, it’s not a very big hotel, the staff is very kind, ready to help, professional regarding any requests. The facility is quite much oriented towards kids: baby beds, baby bath, food in the restaurant including plastic plates and spoons, baby chairs. The restaurant is in general a very strong feature of this hotel it has wonderful buffets for both breakfast and dinner, very versatile selection and very nicely cooked everything. no problem to be vegetarian, gluten intolerant or lactose sensitive, they have selection for everybody!!! The combination of price/quality is perfect, especially taking into the consideration the inflation and the times we are living through now. So thanks to everybody for being on top of that!

I and my wife were really satisfied with staying in this hotel. In all inclusive was practicaly everything included what you want, plenty of food, drinks etc. Even the snack bar between lunch and dinner was impressive. The staff was very nice and everything was functioning! I would definitely come back here.

Very well located in Balatonfured, everything was easy to reach by walking. Room was quiet and nice, a lot of options for breakfast and dinner. Access to pools and private hotel beach. Loved that room had net for bugs/mosquitos built into the doorframe, so we could keep the door open for fresh air.
