Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and convenient bathroom, we had everything we needed for our stay, even a laundry room which is accessible in the backyard. The terrace was great to have a breakfast, lunch and a glass of wine with the view on marina. When you open the window you see a living postcard with yachts moving in front of you. The apartament is close to the beach, in a more quiet part of the town, the restaurants are on the opposite site which is a plus because it is close by walk everywhere. Stipe is a friendly and helpful host, you can ask him about recommended restaurants, places, etc. Bonus: there is a cat :). Lovely place to stay, we had fantastic experience of the beautiful town and island Vis.

SerbiaFirst of all, the apartment was one of the cleanest and most beautifully smelling I've ever been in, I can freely say that it was cleaner than some hotel rooms. It is very functional, comfortable and very well equipped with all possible things you may need on your trip. The location is ideal, it is close to the bus station, ferry, bakery, market and the main street of the epicenter of events on Vis. Finally, the host, Monika, is one of the nicest and sweetest hosts and pearsons I have had experience with so far. For every recommendation!

An exceptional villa, just perfect for our family of 6. Fantastic location, less than 10 min walk to centre of Komiza, very clean, modern & really well equipped. Also just at the start of several hiking trails.
Correspondence before was brilliant and a taxi was organised to collect / drop off at the ferry (even though we needed at 6:15am pick up) and the price was for an 8 seater taxi and cheaper than just getting one at the post.
Ratko who met us at the villa allowed us to check in early and use the pool while the villa was cleaned and then was on hand to help with car hire / restaurant advice and tourist activities - just brilliant

We came to Vis in the winter and booked this acconmodation. It was fully occupied by construction workers who work on Vis in winter time and the owners probably forgot to remove the rooms from booking. But the owner invited us inside her house, talked to us, made us coffee, juice and made some phone calls to secure us another apartment in Vis town :) very nice lady! If we are in Vis again, we want to stay here!

Perfect little stay by the ocean close to best beach in town. Highly recommend this place. We stayed in a smaller room with ocean view for week. The shared kitchen was perfect for a long stay and being able to cook own meals and eating out on the terrace with the ocean view. The host was so kind, no issues with our stay.

Perfect location, the view and super comfy bed. Breakfast is by choice (a la carte) and all options we took were delicious. We even had the lunch box for the last morning that we left early. Super kind hosts and always ready to help. I will definitely be back!

Really great apartment with a stunning sea view in the nicest part of the city of Vis. Absolut recommendation! The owner Dodo is very friendly and easy to communicate, and so is his staff. We will be back one day☀️

The island of Vis is truly very special, still largely untouched by mass tourism, which gives it a unique and authentic charm. Its beaches are fabulous, with crystal-clear waters and stunning landscapes, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Additionally, the island offers wonderful restaurants where you can taste local cuisine made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every moment calmly. The people are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to share their culture and hospitality.

Lovely little fisherman village.
Lovely little fisherman village. Beautiful nature, pebble beaches, lots of cats and dogs all around, simple life and very relaxing place (in May). Cute old buildings and narrow streets. Good food in restaurants and at the market place.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely host. There was 2 beers in the fridge and some nuts which was a lovely add. It was clean and can’t fault the host or the room. However, the only thing to be made aware of is that the location is very far away from the port. It is a 20 minuet walk to the beach. A supermarket near by is mentioned however we were not able to find it. Luckily we had hired a car and were able to drive to others about 30 minuets away. There are 2 restaurants which are both lovely within walking distance but only sell fish related dishes. Would be perfect for a weekend away of peacefulness and to get away from others.

Vis is a great place to unplug and relax. The color of the ocean is mesmerizing and the streets of Vis town, Kut, and Komiza are fun to wander. We enjoyed a boat trip seeing the Blue Cave, Green Cave, and swimming at several beautiful beaches, although the water was still a bit chilly this time of year (on the plus side, the sites weren't crowded). Food and wines are fantastic, and there are so many great restaurants in Kut and Vis. If we'd had more time, we would have scheduled a wine tour as well.

Stunning part of the world.We did the hike over the hill to Beraski Beach location for a few scenes in The Mamma Mia 2 movie.Werll worth it as scenery unreal but not for those who struggle with incline or decline!!1.20hrs moderate paced walk there and back with the most beautiful crystal clear water to swim in and shady places to chill and have refreshments if you brought any!!Huge choice of great restaurants in Komiza and lots of excursions by boat to suit everyone’s budget.Food reasonable and wine delicious!!!

Very pretty island with some nice swimming areas, perfect for chilling. Ample cafés and bars however we found Hotel Issa to offer by far and away the best value for walk in meals
Good fun tracking down the Mama Mia locations.
Ferry times make it unworkable for a single day trip so you have to factor in 2 nights accommodation

Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe.
Komiza is a lovely town with a great seaside getaway vibe. It's only 15 minutes from Vis Town and it's a bit more lively and definitely much more beautiful. They have the best tour operator on the island called Ames – a lovely couple who organise amazing boat trips round the island and cook exquisite food using locally sourced produce. Surprisingly, there are no ridiculously overpriced tourist traps and people are really lovely. Do yourself a favour and go there.
