We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. A wonderful location, spectacular views, and beautifully appointed and comfortable room. Love the water filter to reduce single use plastic! Great initiative. The restaurants were excellent with very generous service. The bar had a brilliant idea with smelling the signature cocktails! Unique and fun! The service at the front door was also outstanding with staff going above and beyond!

Hong Kong is very built up now and we felt it had lost some of the old charm. I think if staying again would stay on the island close to transport and restaurants. We went for a long ride on the Ding Ding tram, a nice thing to do when jetlagged. We also enjoyed a day trip to Stanley, less busy on a week day.
