The suite Hotel in Santorini left me in awe, with the most beloved feature being the stunning view from the private balcony. This serene spot offered a breathtaking panorama of the iconic Santorini landscape, where the white-washed buildings contrasted beautifully with the azure Aegean Sea. I especially enjoyed the luxurious jacuzzi on the balcony, where i could relax while soaking in the magnificent scenery. The combination of the soothing waters and the captivating view created an unparalleled experience, making it the highlight of their stay. The room's elegant decor and modern amenities only added to the overall charm, but it was the balcony jacuzzi with its mesmerizing view that truly made the suite unforgettable. Adding to the charm of the hotel was the exceptional staff, particularly the two amazing reception girls. They went above and beyond to assist with everything, ensuring that even the smallest details were taken care of. Their friendly demeanor and eagerness to help made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable, the outstanding service from the reception staff that truly made the suite unforgettable.

The accommodation was very clean, had A/C, comfortable bed, good hot shower, netflix, kitchen and living room, nice terrace,and situated down a quiet road , with a small supermarket at the top of it with all essentials you may need. A excellent location for all the restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the main bus station which services all. of Santorini also 13 minutes from the airport. Katerina the host, was available by phone and whats app for anything we needed and answered us very promptly, also we had a late flight, and she allowed us to stay much later than the checkout time , which enabled us to enjoy our last day! We really enjoyed our stay in Santozen Suites, and would definitely stay again, when we come back to Fira.

We had the great pleasure to stay 5 days at the Klostra Hotel It was a very pleasant stay where the host all the time made sure that we had a nice time at the island. The room was just as we wanted it to be with an astonishing view from the balcony. The hotel is built and decorated with good taste and the pool was also beautiful and we could spend time there at night and watch the view from there. And last but not least: the breakfast was amazing and so delicious and healthy. Very nice coffee. Everything served at the table by the host himself.

We had an amazing trip to Santorini, and Hidden Hills was the perfect base for exploring the island. The location is ideal – peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the island’s best attractions. Our host Leyla was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for local sights, restaurants, and activities. Her tips truly enhanced our stay. The property itself is a treat – a stylish and spacious retreat that works equally well for a romantic week or as a quiet nest for a family getaway. We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of Santorini, and there’s a convenient parking space right next to the property. You can also reach Pyrgos or Messaria restaurants by foot. A wonderful experience overall – we’ll definitely return!

A Greek Island Dream

Imagine a typical Greek island with whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and sloping cliffs, and the chances are that you’re thinking of Santorini. Protectively curving around 4 other islands in its archipelago, this volcanic island has fertile ground bringing forth lovely rosé wine and some of the sweetest cherry tomatoes you’ll ever taste.

High on a caldera shelving into the sea, the capital Fira overlooks the cruise liners plying the turquoise Aegean waters below. North is Imerovigli, home to several 5-star Santorini hotels with fantastic views.

Also providing amazing views is the accommodation in Oia across the bay. Cascading down the slopes, the sea of white here is only dispersed by vibrant pink flowers, blue domes and the brown of ancient windmills, all becoming black silhouettes as the sun sets.

Santorini Airport is on the other side of the island and 2 resorts south of it – Kamari and Perissa – have the best, black sand beaches. However, the most visually impressive is Red Beach at Akrotiri where the stunning red colour of the caldera and sand makes the trek down the rockface well worth it. Just time it right to avoid high tide! Also near Akrotiri are excavations of a Minoan era settlement.

    From the moment we arrived me and my partner loved the vibe and atmosphere there. Our room wasn't ready so they let us use the gym and pool area while we waited. After some time our room wasn't ready and they quickly upgraded us to the God suite for the night which was amazing. The view from the resutraunt and food was amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a memorable on and I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is far away from all the populated areas and just relaxing.we also booked massages rhere and you definelty need to try this while your there.

    Wonderful place, located in a quieter area than the busy Fira, but still within a walking distance to both Fira center and Imerovigli. Lovely resort, very spacious rooms, with access to a shared swimming pool (or with a private pool, depending on the room, I was lucky to receive an upgrade!). Excellent breakfast, with variety of options to pick from. And the staff - helpful, friendly, always providing best support. I had a great stay and when I'm back in Santorini, for sure I will book this place again!

    Close to the airport, but not noisy at all. Not difficult to go to Fira or Oia from here (by car). Clean and tidy room. Nice staff. Everything you could need for cooking. Nice pool area. They will help you with renting a car if you need it. Will also provide recommendations and directions. There's also a free shuttle to the airport if you plan ahead with them. Everything was great! I would stay here again!

    I stayed 3 nights and managed to do quite a lot, however, I think 1-2 extra days is required to see all there is to offer. I never managed to get to Red Beach which I think I could have managed if I’d stayed one extra night.

    We loved staying in Oia, mid October had perfect weather! The crowds were not too bad expect for when the cruise ships came in, we avoided the town from 10am to around 1:00pm, evenings during the sunsets it gets crowded but it worth it to watch the sun go down, the sky lights up and is so beautiful, you can't miss it. Schedule a catamaran or private boat cruise, we highly recommend getting on the water to see it from the sea. Great shops and restaurants, you have to have the gelato at Lolita's, it's the best I've ever had!

    We found it a great location, as it was quiet and had some of the best views of the island. We were still close enough to Fira to visit on foot, and there were good transport links to get elsewhere as well. Plenty of good and varied restaurants, some of which were real gems

    Third time to the island of Santorini. Twice to Kamari. Beautiful beach. Amazing atmosphere. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and things to do. Can be as high or low budget as you wish. The place to leave your life behind and rejuvenate. Solo travel, couples or family get away, Kamari serves all.

    A village with bakery, gyros place, souvenir shop & good sized mini market. Walkable to Fura though a noisy main road. Buses good too but more value for money the further you are going. Taxis quite expensive so we walked a lot.

    Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

    Akrotiri is a peaceful and beautiful part of Santorini, away from the busy tourist areas. It has an authentic local atmosphere, great views, and easy access to the Red Beach and the famous archaeological site. Ideal for those who love history, nature and quiet holidays.

    Liked that it was away from Fira. Fira so crowded. One day 6 cruise ships in Port. We ate 2 nights at Romantica taverna. Traditional Greek restaurant, good food and happy staff. Easy to walk around in you don't mind stairs and uphill. Walk from Fira to Oia 10km, something to do and overview of area.

    Awesome local villlage with very friendly locals. Great scenery and views, easy to get around hope you like steps. Breakfast at Penelope’s (not Tiffany’s) was fantastic a bit pricey but great food and great views..

    Beautiful village and I’m sure a couple of days would be a better length of stay. On both occasions we have visited we have had only one night there. Good choice of restaurants in easy walking distance. Lovely individual shops.
