It's situated near the centre of Polycrono, 5 min from the beach and very close to a supermarket. The owners are lovely and responsive and I even recieved a bottle of white greek wine as a present. Quiet area and free parking available. Will definitely return!

The food was excellent, freshly cooked daily by the host. Every day we were served different meals/dishes, all along our stay. After dinner, they treated us with various home made liquors. Daily cleaning and fresh towels, bed linen was changed every other day. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive to guests' needs, and also informative regarding entertainment venues in Kassandra. The hotel is at five minutes walk to a fine sand beach and cristal clear waters.

The apartment is in excellent locatin,a three minutes from the beach in the center of Chaniotis. Restaurant,shops,supermarkets,bakeries,boutiques,souvenir shops are all within the vicinity of the apartment. Very nice rooms with modern furnitures, so clean. Big balcony which offers beautiful sunrise view. The town center is 4-5 minutes away by walk. Car Parking lot is right in front of the building and since the building is located before the narrow streets of Afytos starts, it's convenient for people to stay here who doesn't want to drive in the town center. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us.

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

    Absolutely exceptional! This is an amazing resort, it is paradise! This is our second visit and we will surely return. The staff are incredible! The restaurant manager Christos is wonderful as well as Pollyanna! Adam and Kasha are brilliant, positive and fantastic entertainers. The people as well as the resort are amazing and we made lots of great memories. There are fun activities or music every night which was exceptional. The nearby Paliouri beach is the best in Halkidiki. The food was also fantastic, lots of variety and great quality. We thank you Chrousso Village and we will definitely return!

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

    A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm. The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating. The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

    Afytos is by far the most beautiful place in this part of Greece. Unlike other nearby towns, it carries a unique history and a special vibe that you simply don’t find elsewhere. The distinctive architecture, with its charming mix of stone and wood, gives the village character, while the narrow streets create an authentic atmosphere that feels timeless.     Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

    A wonderful place for a family vacation - many families with children, a warm sea with a gentle entrance, and sandy beaches where you can either rent sunbeds with umbrellas or bring your own. The restaurants along the promenade are quite good, although the menu can get a bit repetitive over the course of the holiday - mostly pizza, pasta, risotto, fish, and salads. There are also attractions for children, plenty of souvenir shops, and a supermarket a bit further away, where you can find everything you need.

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    Sani as a location is nice.

    Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
