Property Owner was there to personally welcome us… They have wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

Everything is very close to the beach — restaurants, a 24-hour bakery, and the bus station. The apartments are brand new. Mr. George is very kind and did his best to make us feel comfortable. He even let us extend our stay by one day at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. For breakfast we had plenty of options to choose from: yogurt, cereals, eggs, pancakes, fruits For lunch/dinner, we have tried chicken souvlaki, tomato balls, grilled squid, aegean salad and all were very tasty. The staff was very friendly. The hotel/accomodation was very close to the bus stop. Perissa has very good bus connections. You can travel to Fira and then to Oia or any other small village by bus.

    The hotel is in a great location, on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but close to shops, bars and restaurants. Clean accommodation, comfortable beds, very good food in the restaurant, nice pools. The staff is absolutely great, nice, happy to help at any time. You can easily travel around the island by bus or rented car. We used the car rental through the hotel and everything went smoothly. Sun loungers on the beach are free and serviced. Black sand beach, so shoes are recommended. We were very satisfied and although we like to discover new places, we will be happy to come back here! Thank you for a great holiday.

    We were so impressed by this location. It was very clean, confortable and the host helped us with everything we needed (fast response with the check in, a map for discovering the island and the transfer to the airport in the morning). It is not very close to the sea, but the bus station is one minute away, and also a local supermarket with good prices is just around the corner. We appreciated that it was quiet, the room had the right temperature (without turning on the AC) and we had a great time staying there, around the pool. We are thankful. 🥰

    Divelia Hotel is a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, everything was always immaculate and the breakfast was delicious and complete. I think the hotel itself is great, but the people working there make the experience even better. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. They are all very aware of your needs and always looking forward to help. Despina, specially, was very attentive of our needs and offered an entertaining and informative conversation. We would definitely come back if we go to Santorini again.

    An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

    There are many things we loved during our stay, but above all, we loved the service and the attention to detail. We felt right at home. This isn't just any hotel. It's a place where you can totally relax and be yourself, and the location is incredible. The staff is super attentive. They really spoil you. And the value for money is great! We booked the room with the plunge pool, and it was awesome. We're definitely going back!

    Maria is a great host, she waited long hours for us sitting in front of the entrance, because we arrived late. She was very kind and responsive to all our needs. The room was cleaned every day, The room has a comfortable size and layout. It had AC, a refrigerator, hair drier and TV, everything working fine. I had a nice sea view with fields and horses that I loved.

    Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

    Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

    A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

    Perissa is a great place to stay for holiday and workcation. There are multiple location to eat food and to stay and to be honest, the prices are probably the best on Santorini! I enjoyed my time here and would return anytime.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
