Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, yet just a short drive from the city centre. It felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything we needed.     Excellent location, very convenient for Birmingham city centre indeed. Additionally, very easy to find and get to. Minutes are leaving the M6 onto the A38 Aston Expressway, you're there, couldn't be easier actually. Oh, the bed is wonderfully comfortable too!

    Birmingham a complete dump.

    Birmingham a complete dump. Never been before and will certainly never go again. Rubbish everywhere. Road signs suggested very unpleasant goings on. A real eye opener and sad to see in our country such a mess.

    Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11.

    Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11. the 24/7 bar and kitchen was a pleasant surprise as we didnt get in until 11.30pm from the concert. Breakfast was good but not as good as other IHG hotels I have stayed in. Less choice and the coffee machine that day was not working.

Pricing strategies a bit confusing because u had to join and download the app! Food & Drinks were too expensive on the normal menu. However happy hour was very reasonably priced. 😊

    Good hotel for the price I paid can’t complain at all in fact will recommend and will be return customer for sure. Entrance from the main road to the hotel is bit confusing but I am sure after one wrong turn it will be managed . Breakfast was good had all the options available. Hot sausage Vegan option is available which I did not know at the time of stay. It would be nice to add halal sausage as well Beds were comfortable very nice and clean room but body lotion can be a good addition to the collection.

    Beautiful hotel and location, lovely comfortable and relaxing furnishings and seating. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Room bathroom was dated with poor shower. Not enough catering choice for bitter beer drinkers which was disappointing.

    The village is just a short walk from the guesthouse.

    The village is just a short walk from the guesthouse. The village is interesting with a large village pond, village green with a monument to cyclists, two grocery stores, a chemist and two really good pubs that do food. Lots of footpaths and the odd thatched cottage are in the neighbourhood. It's about 9 miles from the NEC. The bus service seems to be good too. We had an excellent evening meal at the Strawberry gardens. I suggest booking a table in advance though, they were very good and fitted us in on a very busy Friday night. It was a later dinner than we'd hoped but it was good quality food and service.
