The hotel is very clean and the room was perfect to celebrate our anniversary :-) We enjoyed at Aquamotion very much ( I recommend everyone to select the room which you have access to go to Aquamotion ) The hotel’s restaurant we went was delicious and all the people at the hotel were so nice to dog. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. I had a surgery and had to stay the night after at Hotel Maison Lacassagne and they were even more helpful than the nursing staff at the hospital!

1-They treated us as real guests ! They never ask for credit cards to block our money, or pay deposit, although , we had our dinner in the 3 stars Mechlin restaurant and the cost was over 600 €, no one asks us to sign anything, all was charged to the room, professional staff, they spot what you like and what you don’t, like our drinks on the breakfast for the next day, they pay attention for the details. 2- They granted us gifts, desserts, cakes, with a nice message left on the table informing us that there is a gift for us in the mini bar. 3- so friendly staff, we love everything from the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, also a gift from the garden upon our check out. Amazing hotel, last but not least the location was wonderful, our room was Mountain View, Definitely would come back again

The breakfast was amazing! A wide range of food to choose from, a lot of local products and amazing views from the restaurant are always a plus!! :) The service really makes a guest feel special. I also requested to have a birthday cake that was brought to us with room service for breakfast - that was a lovely experience and the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful property with amazing views. The style and design of the property incorporates the Alps mountains vibe with modern twist. We stayed in the mountain view room and it was incredible. Wooden finishes add to the atmosphere. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of interesting things to see and do.

Lots of interesting things to see and do. We particularly enjoyed strolling around the gardens below the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviere with its views over the city and the magnificent Roman amphitheatre - that was a definite highlight. Another highlight was the festival of cargo bikes taking place in Place Bellecour. Unexpected for us but nonetheless very interesting. We could have spent more time in Lyon: we only had one day for sightseeing. It left me wanting to spend longer there.

Our stay was for 3 days in October.

Our stay was for 3 days in October. Unfortunately in October attractions including most cable cars and the Mer de Glace are closed. But our visit to the Aiguille du Midi made our stay - we had great weather and the views from the Aiguille were amazing! Chamonix is a beautiful town. We enjoyed seeing Mont Blanc up-close. We enjoyed our hikes in the mountains near Chamonix.

We really enjoyed Grenoble.

We really enjoyed Grenoble. It is a nice friendly city with good transport. We visited the art gallery and the cable car. The scenery is stunning. We were only there two days but with more time would have ventured out of the city into the countryside. We would recommend the Belle Idée restaurant. After Grenoble we went to Aix. The first part of our journey was on a beautiful little train from Grenoble towards Gap. This went through the Alps and this journey was amazing. Well worth doing.

To be honest, Valence is an ugly city.

To be honest, Valence is an ugly city. The Rhone flows through it but alas large motorways beside it. The centre is a bit run down. If you are on your way and are near it, you can visit the centre and have something to eat. There is a nice park near the river.

Interesting town with cultural heritage. I was just passing through en route from Italy to London but it is a perfect stopover for one night. Unfortunately I was there on a Monday, when some attractions eg the castle are closed but I did visit the cathedral. There are many restaurants which sell local produce.

I made 3 separate booking .You have to buy your own Toilet paper .room cleaning is extra charge .If I booked 3 times in separate occasions they must be doing the bed and give the cleaned room to me no matter its same room . I paid full price .There was a bug at the window and Room220 is right at the road where Tram runs 24 hours almost .Christina is very rude so be firm with her .The rest of girls are really nice and speaks some English.Christina does not know English at all .She should not be working at a hotel where mostly Foreigners stays .

Beautiful, and very easy to move around via transports. There are tons of things to do like visiting the park and most of them are free or rather cheap. It is overall a great city without that turist pressure everywhere!

Aix-les-Bains is a very pleasant town on the shores of the biggest lake in France: Lake Bouget. There are lots of restaurants and places to visit including a Casino, mountains and water sports. If you can, we recommend you try the boat cruse around the lake and include a meal on board.
