Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Kids' room is great for parents to have spare time. The location is perfect, the rooms are big and have everything you'd need including staff. The breakfast is huge and also there is another kids' room so parents can eat while kids are playing.

Our experience was first class from the beginning of our visit. As has been mentioned before, the reception staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I also want to single out the young manager that attended to our questions and requests. He was very customer oriented and helpful. Normally I don't focus too much on reviewing hotel staff, but in this case it is warranted, as it really stands out compared to many other 5 Star hotel I have stayed in. We had a really nice room and our requests were fully met. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view over the pool and garden, and we even had seaview. Some reviewers have mentioned that the rooms seem dated. Perhaps the design is not what a newly built hotel would use, but personally I actually really liked it overall. The room is really big and where do you still get a walk-in closet these days? When we asked for a late check-out we were offered to move our luggage to a courtesy room with toilet and shower. Exactly what we needed! The pool landscape is fantastic and the garden landscape is very well taken care off. We enjoyed both the heated saltwater pool and the slightly cooler pool with waterfalls. Also the large whirlpool was a delight. I'd like to mention something about the nearby beaches: One of the reasons I chose the Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria was its closeness to the Playa del Duque, which is often referred to as one of the nicest beaches on Tenerife, because of its golden color sand. Well, I can tell you, this is definitely not or no longer true! The color of the "Duque Beach" is just the same grayish tone as the much closer Playa de Fanabe. I guess the imported Sahara sand has been blown away over the years. Don't get me wrong in my opinion, Playa del Duque is still a worthwhile beach to go to, but it is at least a 15 minute walk from the hotel while Play de Fanabe is right in front of the hotel and its sandy beach and the clean water of the Atlantic was just as nice.

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). Special thank you to the hotel staff. Your hospitality is very special. Dear Jenya and Christina, thank you for helping us with our requests.

We flew into Tenerife the day before our cruise left. We were sad that we only had a day at this beautiful resort. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and friendly faces. We opted for a garden view but we had a partial ocean view. The facilities are gorgeous! The breakfast was one of the best we have ever been to. I loved the fresh honeycomb and the variety of choices of things to eat. The hotel is along a boardwalk and we were able to walk in both directions to restaurants and beaches. The hotel was an easy taxi ride from the airport. We took a taxi to the bus station so we could catch a bus to the port. Very easy! Thanks again for a wonder stay. We were able to use the shower room so we could shower after a long day of hanging out by the pool. This was a great bonus for us!!!

A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport.

A peaceful place relatively close to the Southern airport. Has a few small grocery shops and some friendly playgrounds. Everything can be reached on foot in Palm-Mar. If you have a car, you can get to nearby sandy beaches (e.g., Los Cristianos) easily. A great place for those who like walking, running, and hiking. You can walk along the ocean, run on paths inland, and hike on nearby hills/mountains. We found Trigo a great value for money to eat. Lots of Italian dishes, too, prepared by true-blue Southern Italians.

A beautiful spot in Tenerife – Playa Fañabé exceeded all expectations. The beach is clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing or taking long scenic walks. Plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and the atmosphere is always lively yet laid-back. The water is clear, the sand is soft, and the sunsets here are truly unforgettable. Great area with plenty going on while also having quieter spots. Plenty of places to eat drink and shop in. Several beautiful beaches and walks along the coast to either Los Cristianos or in the other direction to Adeje. Our 3rd time there and we noticed and were aware of a bit more crime going on in the area and felt we had to be just a bit more vigilant this time, wouldn't stop us going back though. Very very very easy to get your hands on any type of drugs, wouldn't have to go looking as you get asked by people while out walking, day or night!!! Wasn't as obvious the previous times we were there.
