Located at the gateway to Luxor, Al Moudira Hotel is the only palace situated on the west bank of the Nile. The domes and the patios ornate with arabesque makes up the oriental décor.

Beautiful rooms on a grand scale, and very aesthetically appealing. All the outside and shared areas were of the same quality and the gardens were beautiful.

The hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff were and are unique. We really enjoyed it and all our wishes were fulfilled. The owner was always very accommodating, gave really good tips and advice and, if desired (and not at all intrusive), also organized accordingly (morning trip to the Valley of the Kings, boat tour, ....).
We always enjoyed the breakfast and the evening meal. There are also small "supermarkets" around the corner. Drinks or small delicacies are also served by the pool on request.
The rooms were cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked very well and the small fridge also did its job reliably. The peace and quiet that the entire beautiful complex exudes was something very special, especially as it is very busy on the other side of the Nile.

Excellent choise for people who like to stay away from the noise of the city in the evening. Great view overlooking Habu temple, a genuine highlight on the west bank neglected by the big travel companies. Great night sky.
Even dinner served in house on demand. Very kind reception by the hosts.
Hotel frequented by archeologists.

Great family-run value hotel on the quiet side of Luxor. Owner organized trips to Temples and Valley of Kings for us as well as a hot air balloon ride. Free breakfast and affordable dinner was delicious.

It was by far the best stay during our whole Egypt tour. Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

I wish I can give them 100000 stars! The crew of this place is just AMAZING!
We rented the whole apartment and it was so big and spacious, super clean , comfortable and quiet.
The hotel is beautiful, the pool is super cool and the service of all the staff is outstanding! Ahmed, Hassan (the chef ) and everyone treated us like kings and queens.
From all the food we had in Luxor the best one was in the hotel, they have a top notch chef , Hassan that prepares delicious, personalized, home made food. EVERYTHING was delicious!
Thanks guys for making our stay so wonderful!
We will definitely be back !

The PALACE was clean and shiny ✨ on a quiet road. I liked the high ceilings, spacious rooms and bathrooms"with a real 🛁 ". The living room" with open kitchen" is perfect for chillaxing. A ground floor room with a balcony" where I stayed" to the garden is just another stage for the wonderful sound of birds cherping 🤔 arguments . I bet staying on the higher floors is a view to be held when the balloons start to take off early in the morning. I liked walking the short distance through the green fields and the village to the temple and then to the main road. Ahmed was available all the time and was cheerful.
