Hello Mrs Bassant, Our first day at the hotel was a real nightmare, because when I and my 7 years old daughter arrived at the hotel at 24:30 at night, we were really tired after a long journey went to our room and just wanted to sleep, but the air conditioning didn’t work so we call the front desk to send someone to fix it and we had to call 3 times before someone came and did fix it but a half an hour later the fire alarm went out and we call and call, they answer and every time they said that the help is on the way but no one came. We took our luggage and went out from the room ,because of the alarm noise. Went to the reception and could see that they are sitting and enjoying, got really angry at them and then they came to fix it. Wanted to take another hotel the next day but after we did meet Mr, Mahmoud the manager of the wellness center and Mrs Bassant the hotel manager so everything changed in a very positive way. My 7 years old daughter wanted to swim but the water was cold because of something was wrong with the heating, but Mr Mahmoud right away started to fix the issue. He did everything to make her happy and give os free access to the wellness center. He even cancelled his holiday with his family just to be at the hotel and make sur that the pool water is warm enough and my daughter is happy. REALLY APPRECIATED . Mrs Bassant as well did everything to make our stay at this hotel unforgettable and she all the time was there to help us and made sure that we had a great time and enjoying. Last day my daughter got a little bit sick and Mrs Bassant was there to help. That’s how a professional hotel manager must to be, THANKS A LOT. best regards Waheed Stoman

We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace! We spent a full week there and were very sad to leave. The hotel director and every member of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. Our family room was spacious and had a big terrace. The hotel will clean your room every day, but you have to request it at reception as the staff won't enter your room without your permission. The hotel's garden and pool area were the absolute highlight for us. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you will see the hotel staff throughout the day watering and taking care of the outdoor space, making it a true oasis. We spent almost all evenings there enjoying food, freshly pressed juices and of course shisha! We would absolutely recommend the Turquoise Pyramids and would definitely stay there if we were to visit Cairo again.

The location was perfect for my purposes. There is a gas station shop 24h very close to the hotel and also Mall of Arabia is nearby. The room and facilities are absolutely fantastic. I haven't slept in more comfortable bed in my whole life. Everything was extra clean. The hosts were super kind and flexible. Mr. Ibrahim and Ahmed were a great help for me during my stay. It is good value for money.

    The location of the hostel was perfect!

    The location of the hostel was perfect! Best rooftop in the city! I loved sitting watching the activity at the pyramids. The staff was wonderful too. Giza is a busy place with animals all around which I loved, but not the piles of garbage which I didn't like. People were nice and not as pushy as I was warned. I'd go back there.

    The location is lovely although the area is a bit sparse...

    The location is lovely although the area is a bit sparse unless you like the typical fast food restaurants along the highway. There is not much to do in the community itself. The unit has a lot of potential but many of the listed amenities did not work. In my opinion the unit has not been attended to properly for some time and it shows. Dream Land is not particularly close to anything and is about one hour from Cairo and Giza. If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. There are two swimming pools you can, but no chairs or lounges to sit in. Neither pool is particularly deep and the entry can be quite slippery and surprising. The nearby mosque is not overly loud, the market is a bit pricey, but is easy to access and has a lot of choices considering its size. And the power is not turned off for one hour as it is in Giza and Cairo.

    This was a very clean area.

    This was a very clean area. They had great malls mall of Arabia and mall of Egypt they were really big but we didn’t have enough time to look at everything. Lots of kid friendly spaces and activities lots of shops. Great food

    The best thing about Giza are the pyramids.

    The best thing about Giza are the pyramids. However it gets very hot there, I would recommend appropriate clothing with comfortable foot wear, water, and a guide to show you around as the whole place can feel like a maze at times in the scorching hot weather. I loved the Great Sphinx especially during Sunset, the view was stunning.

    Sheikh Zayed strikes a rare balance—structured, efficient, and refreshingly calm. It’s clean, well-organized, and surprisingly green, with just the right mix of modern infrastructure and breathing room. The proximity to Smart Village made work logistics simple, and having reliable coffee spots and quiet corners for sketching was a welcome bonus. If you value order without chaos, this place delivers.

    Everything was great the reception, the room the dinner food the waiters the housekeeping, the pool, everyone works up there was gentile , it's a relaxing and simple place to stay in , only the breakfast was a little bit disappointing and need more variation.

    It was an excellent experience.

    It was an excellent experience. I was impressed how they brought me medicine that I needed as well as sun glasses that I needed to protect my eyes from the sun because I had an eye surgery. They ordered food for me, they put the heating on because I struggled to see. They organised a piramids trip for me as well. I was very impressed with their hospitality. They were very respectful and caring. I had an excellent experience! They have definitely exceeded my expectations.
