I had a truly amazing summer holiday in Hurghada and would like to sincerely thank the hotel management for everything they provided. *Room number: 3620* Special thanks to General Manager *Mr. Mohamed Osr* for his warm welcome and professional hospitality. Also, heartfelt thanks to the kitchen team — *Chef Mostafa* and *Chef Essam* — for the delicious meals and excellent service. A very special thank you to *Coach Mahmoud Noaman*, the amazing swimming trainer who taught me how to swim during my stay. His kind and professional training made me feel safe and confident — I’ll never forget it. Thanks to this wonderful team, my vacation was truly perfect. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back again!

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was always kept clean. Breakfast was plentiful and served perfectly. The hotel had a great atmosphere, mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Achref for his consistently pleasant service, and to Karim at the reception for his warm hospitality. The hotel's location—right in front of the cable ski lake—is unique, and the seating on the sandy shore was exceptional.
