I had an incredible stay in this hotel. Not only it is beautiful, comfortable and literally has it all (restaurant, bar, spa, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor sports facilities, gym..); but it is in one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever been in the Czech Republic. What a dream! The views, the fresh air, the atmosphere was amazing. And there are many activities to do around the town. Bobsled in the middle of the mountains was my favorite. I’m back home feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you for an amazing stay! I’ll definitely be back. PD: Give a raise to Martin (he works every day in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner). He was absolutely friendly, cordial and professional! 10/10 service. 👏🏼

Great service at the restaurant, as well as in Wellness area. Comfortable rooms, nice view from the balcony and beautiful outside spaces too. Pool, saunas and hot tub are great and open from 10AM to 10PM. Chef in Orange le Moon restaurant is amazing and can recommend getting lunch, not only breakfast.

    The facilities incl. breakfast and dinner was great value. The room had a large led tv, nice seating and table arrangement, but no kettle otherwise nice comfortable. Hot water shower took a good 10 mins to heat up but was from then on nicely hot. Dinner was great on arrival day and both times breakfast but 2nd dinner wasn't as good, just 2 choices to compare to buffet dinner with 5 different varieties and salad etc. Staff was always very attentive and helpful in any possible way. The immediate surroundings with Terrasse overlooking a little river and great views to the mountains. Small swimming pool and gym included, extra for sauna, spa and massage.

    Here’s a review you can post on Booking: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect—very close to the ski slopes. The service was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the wellness area with the pool and sauna. They provided bathrobes, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our room was warm, clean, and comfortable—just what we needed after a day on the slopes. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious, far exceeding our expectations. Breakfast was also great, with a variety of tasty options and a gorgeous view of the mountains.

    The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

    Very expensive and it feels they don't invest in the city. Some of the facilities look very old and unused. Most restaurants are overpriced and the quality is not on a high level. We were satisfied in Lebeda restaurant.

    It is a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is the home to some excellent restaurants ( our personal favorite: Hotel Praha)! There are also plenty of indoor ( Glass museum) and outdoor activities to enjoy!

Here are some highlights and activities you can enjoy in and around Janske Lazne: - Adrspach Rocks: A stunning natural rock formation, perfect for hiking and photography. - Cerna Hora - Raselinisko: Accessible via the cable car, offering beautiful views and serene walks. - Vrchlabi City Walk: A charming town with picturesque streets and historical sites. - Pec pod Snezkou: Great for hiking and enjoying the mountain scenery. - Safari Park in Dvur Kralove: A fun and educational experience, especially if you love animals. Food: We enjoyed some excellent meals at the FARMA Steak and Fish Restaurant: Delicious FARMA burger and Redfish in a cozy setting.     This has been the best family ski holiday so far.

    This has been the best family ski holiday so far. I was travelling with three kids and we were looking for a ski school and getting onto a children-friendly ski slope which would be nearby. Apartma Pavla was the best choice we made. We stayed there for three nights. It is located 100-150 m from the ski slope, behind a big sporthotel. The ski equipment can be rented from many renters, and the snow was there. We rented the equipment from the sporthotel which provided storage as well. Our host was amazing, starting from picking us up at the bus stop, handing over the keys, showing us around and helping us out in every way. The four-person flat had a small kitchen with all necessary utensils and a dining area, and the Tesco express shop was 10 minutes away by walk at the main bus stop. The village itself has all facilities and is definitely recommended for visiting. We took a ski lesson at the slope from a ski school, and kids were sliding down with confidence after one hour. Our host kindly offered sledges too, but we were all tired to use them after the busy days. Overall, this was an amazing holiday.

    Touristy but small and picturesque town in the Krkonosse national park. It is one of the few mountain resorts in the area that's easily accessible by road from both the Czech and the Polish sides. The location is ideal for hiking and mountain biking in summer, as well as for a restful and lazy getaway. It also offers ski fields in the winter season, although less than the nearby main ski resort in Pec Pod Snezkou. Local restaurant options are limited.

    It's a fantastic place for anyone interested in hiking and /or relaxing near beautiful forests and nature, as well as interesting castles and sights that aren't too far away. Don't expect much in the way of infrastructure, there are a couple of restaurants and a shop , it's very popular with young families with children. Really liked this place for its simplicity and cool climate during a heatwave.

    It's a wonderful place with special character and magical vibe. Lots of great mountain hikes, perfectly marked tracks with mountain huts to enjoy some great local food and beer, of course. One of the top places in the country.

    A small and cozy town in the mountains.

    A small and cozy town in the mountains. It has some cafes and restaurants, but mostly it's the starting point for the mountain hiking. The town is clean, the buildings are pretty, walking is a pleasure.
