I just want to convey many thanks and best wishes furthermore to the entire team of Axiothea! An extremely kind and warm people that are very attentive to the guests needs or any arisen request . Breakfast was delicious, various and much more than sufficient. Everything was nice and tidy The location has an exceptional position which offers an magnificent view toward city coast and offcourse, the amazing Mediteranea. And the cherry from the top cake was the beautiful soul name Lika, front desk reception lady to whom I'm truly thankful for all her helpful and patience dedication and explanations!     Easy access with clear signage made arrival stress-free. The hotel offers a large, safe car park behind a secure barrier. The place looks just like the photos - no unpleasant surprises. The staff were kind and helpful. We arrived early and appreciated the luggage storage and welcome drink - always cold water with mint and lemon at the entrance. Such a thoughtful detail! Our room was bright, clean, and modern, with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed: plenty of towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, hygiene kits), a full-length mirror (a rare gem!), a great hairdryer, strong A/C, and daily housekeeping. The hotel is full of attractions - from pools for all ages (including jacuzzi and shaded baby pool), direct beach access via a palm-lined path, and water sports, to a gym, spa, mini golf, tennis, and evening shows that were truly entertaining. The breakfast was fantastic, with everything from English classics to local delicacies like olives and halloumi. The salad bar, fresh and roasted veggies (amazing eggplant!), great bread, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and a wide drink selection made every morning a treat. When it came to restaurants and bars, the hotel offered delicious variety — from local food (best Greek salad with capers!) to sushi, burgers, Italian, and amazing cocktails, including a swim-up bar.

    Beautiful location, hotel and grounds. Closeby lots of restaurants/pubs, beach walks. We stayed in May and there were plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Very close to the beach, we stayed in the grassy adult area most times and swam in the sea and pool. Amazing staff 10/10. Reception staff were always polite and helpful, special thank you for extending chekout so we could enjoy the hotel until it was time to leave. We loved the complimentary cocktail evening with canapes which was a special welcome in the beginning of the season, also the super friendly omelette chef and the experience of making cypriot coffee at breakfast which was also amazing. Would love to stay here again.

    We had breakfast included, it has a great selection of bakery, continental menu, freshly cooked eggs, bacon, etc. The building is like on the pictures, the balcony and the pool area is really nice. All the staff were nice and friendly. It is a great plus that there is a small shop (food, drinks, shampoo, shower gel, snacks, souvenirs, beach accessories) which is open every day, except bank holidays. The sea is 3 mins walk from the pool area, it has a magnificent view. They have a cleaning service every day in the rooms.

    I realy liked the consept of a lot small cottages instead of one big hotel building. It create cozy and private area feeling. The backyard was amaizing. We injoed of silence, terace and posibily to cook buy ourself, in a kichen we found everything we needed. And the golf cort was amaizing, with mountains, sea vew, with woderful vew especialy on the sunset. The golf fields dont have small rivers and small lakes, so we didn’t lost a lot of golf balls :). The perfect place if you like tennis, golf or horses.

    Paphos isn’t the most “holiday-like” town – it has more of...

    Paphos isn’t the most “holiday-like” town – it has more of an industrial feel than a classic resort vibe. The harbour is pleasant with restaurants and shops. The beaches are mostly stony or pebbly, so you need to know where to go. Coral Bay and Coralia Bay are the most sandy, with plenty of sunbeds and bars right on the beach. If you’re after something a bit more unique, Olive Tree Beach is worth a visit. Overall, Paphos has some good spots, you just need to know how to find them.

    First, think about what kind of vacation you want.

    First, think about what kind of vacation you want. If nightlife and clubs are important to you, it’s best to stay near the center. If you’re looking for a more relaxing holiday and nightlife is not a priority, I recommend finding accommodation close to one of the beaches, preferably Makronisos or Landa (this year Nissi Beach was a disappointment). It’s quieter there, yet you still have restaurants and markets nearby, and you can easily reach the center by bus (around 10 minutes). Be sure to download the Cyprus Bus app to check timetables and routes, it makes planning your trips much easier. Also, don’t rely only on buses 101 and 102; many other lines run along Nissi Avenue and can take you from beach to beach. For those who don’t go to the beach early (before 11–12), it’s a good idea to buy your own umbrella on the first day (around €30 for a good one). After 11–12 it’s hard to find a free sunbed, and it’s a shame to go all the way to the beach only to have to leave or go somewhere else. Take advantage of the fact that the front rows on the beach are reserved for people with their own umbrellas and sunbeds.

    Only spent 2 days in Larnaka as I was attending a wedding. Visited the Mall for some last minute essentials and strolled around the town with all the tourist shops stopping for a light lunch at one of the many eating venues.

    Protaras has beautiful beaches, great activities like boat trips and parasailing. The local strip has great restaurants and pubs and is very lively in the evening. Also very close to Ayia Napa and Sotira has really good restaurants.

    Good bits were going to the wall city as it is known.it has a history which was interesting. The only one negative point was it was very hot and humid. Apart from the weather being a little hot it was an enjoyable outing. Just across the wall city there was a coffee shop that serves delicious cream cakes, sandwich, coffee, tea, wine and of course beers etc.

    Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days. There are some good restaurants and bars in the center of the town, serving nice traditional dishes in good prices. Nearby Latsi beach is well organised, offering all the amenities someone can expect (lifeguard, changing rooms, toilets). Polis can be used as the base for exploring the area and particularly Akamas peninsula. Highly recommended to 1st time visitors to the island!

    Location was excellent Villa was super clean! The host was very responsive Family of 4 stayed in this perfect villa Great clean pool Loved the close proximity to the beach (30 second walk!) Would stay again without hesitation Host is lovely

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus.

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus. it has a lovely vibe and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I recommend Pendeli Hotel for a luxurious stay or forest park if looking for a very budget friendly stay. Petit Palais is one of the oldest hotels in the square and is loved by locals and tourists. EnPlatron is one of my favourite Taverns offering great traditional dishes and live music on weekends. Kaledonia Tavern is also a favourite local tavern so make sure to give it a try Cleopatra Bistro is a favourite for modern dining and deserts and beverages. Beautiful and modern decor if looking for yummy fast food try I Sitzia Tou Mavrou for a delicious Gyros

    We chose a strategy of staying in a relatively central location, between Larnaca/Limassol and Ayia Napa, and rented a car. The drives were relatively short, around 30–45 minutes, with clear roads, no traffic, and a highway running across the country. I recommend others do the same.

    Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural beauty, historical charm, and a sense of tranquility. Its picturesque setting, with stone houses, cobblestone streets, and lush landscapes, creates an idyllic atmosphere for visitors. The surrounding nature is remarkable, with hiking trails like Varkotis and Chromium offering unique paths through green forests and along rivers. The peace provided by the environment makes hiking an invigorating experience. Additionally, the calming sound of the river that flows through the area, like the one you can hear in the backyard of Maritsa Lodge, offers a unique sense of inner peace, almost like the natural white noise of the outdoors. In the village center, the traditional architecture remains intact, with taverns like Podji Poda serving excellent local cuisine, and small cafés welcoming you for a relaxing drink and dessert in the main square. Landmarks such as the chapels of Saint Nicholas and Saint George provide opportunities for pilgrimage, while Marina's Rope Park offers activities for the more adventurous visitors. Overall, Kakopetria is an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, blending absolute tranquility with opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural exploration.
