Excellent, light breakfast with locally grown fresh coffee, fresh fruits, eggs and protein of choice, fresh croissants, and fresh squeezed orange juice. All brought to your room with at the time of your choice. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast with an amazing view of the fish pond surrounded by fruiting coffee trees and beautiful flowers. Followed by our choice of hiking through the coffee plantation or catching our fish for lunch. The room was amazingly decorated with walls made from local Bamboo and glass. I felt like sleeping outside side yet comfortably covered and surrounded by beautiful landscaping for the privacy we were looking for. The outdoor hot shower was an wonderful and liberating experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs and wants. We were welcome at the entrance and our room had fresh red roses, chocolates and wine as requested. This was the perfect, peaceful and romantic getaway we were hoping for. It exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is very misleading. It’s located 1KM from Belalcázar, nestled within the most espectacular view. The CLEANEST hotel I can cold heartedly say I’ve ever stayed in a remote town in Colombia. We stayed one night to be close to town for an errand we had to run at the governmental building. Honestly I did not expect this wonderful place to be in our path. Recommend it to anyone wanting / needing a place to rest during their travels. The views from the hotel were to die from - I would have stayed one extra night just to soak in the natural beauty!

    Awesome city. Amazing and friendly people. Lots of places to visit and have fun. Many activities, attractions to find out and enjoy. Food is always fresh, clean and great tasting. Safety is a priority. We can walk at any time with no problems and or fear. Public transportation and platform are available and it is cheap. Visit Manizales and experience a great adventure.

    Victor meet us upon arrival with a beautiful smile and made us feel very welcome. The home is absolutely beautiful, private, well maintained. The pool was clean, as well as all the outside amenities. We really enjoyed a night time swim and even placed some water basketball. Victor's aunt lives on property and was a very pleasant lady and treated us very well. You can tell that Victor wants only the best for his guests. Take note that La Dorada is has a very hot climate and only the master bedroom is air conditioned. But has excellent fans through out the entire house. Which was fine for us being from Florida USA. We saw a lot of the town and believe that staying here is the best of all options. We know you will agree should you decide to make this your home while in this city.

    My partner lives in Dosquebradas but has family in Salamina.

    My partner lives in Dosquebradas but has family in Salamina. Almost every time I come to see him in Dosquebradas, we get a car and drive the 3 hours to Salamina. I just love the drive through the countryside. Part of the drive is modern tollroads, but then the fun begins. And being a flatlander from Chicago, I can barely keep my eyes on the road looking at all the beutiful mountains and the various colors of green that exist everywhere, Once instead of returning directly to Dosqubradas we continued the adventure drive to Santa Fe de Antioquia. Some stunning vistas along the way. Not for the Four Seasons chauffeured crowd.

    Very pleasantly situated amidst beautiful green hills, mild and easy climate, splendid main boulevard for shopping and sightseeing, the locals uniformly gracious and friendly; not too large and not too small; not a tourist mecca because it lacks obvious attractions but nonetheless an excellent logistics base for further adventures in the area.

    The Place was a very clean, open green space, all housed within a secure compound. There were plenty of seating to relax, good wifi and important to us: Secure motorcycle parking onsite within the compound. The host was super helpful and patient with our questions. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
