Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. I would love to have stayed longer. Beijing has lots to see and I would recommend staying at least 4 nights not to feel rushed. Definitely do your research before going and book trips to avoid disappointment of not being able to visit places. Remember it can get very busy so just go with the flow. A modern city and yet the pace is not as hurried as others. Clean, pretty and convenient to move around. It's best for the great wall. I recommend going to simatai for the sunset, jinshanling for the awe inspiring views and panlong for the untamed wild serenity. To get to panlong, you need to didi or get a car to the bottom, then pay 25rmb to get in. Once at the top, turn right (east). You have to come back the way you came(apparently there is another way down but we couldn't find it). Wear sensible shoes. Miyun isn't easy to get around. Bejing is a great city to visit, but one has to do some home work before jetting off to Bejing. The western countries applications like Google Maps, Uber do not work in Bejing, therfore one has to be sure to have some Chinese Apps installed on your phones before coming to Bejing. Apps like Ali Pay, Wee Chat, the Chinese Version of Google Maps called Amap, it is a must. One has to have a Global esim if possible and be able to download all of these apps in order to move around in Bejing easily. Otherwise moving around will be a struggle. Tianjin is very underrated, and at just 30 minutes from Beijing I think it should be more popular. The river, the foreign concessions, and the modern buildings inspired by them, make the city feel very European, and we love wandering around the foreign concessions and the streets of the Wudadao area, getting coffee in the many different cafes. There's also Ancient Culture Street, which isn't ancient but has plenty of culture, the China House which is amazing to see from the outside (haven't been inside yet), the Confucius Temple, the Tianjin Eye, walks along the riverbank... lots to see and do here!Guest review byNic in ChinaChina - 10.0

People were extremally friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English but enough people could or use your translation app. Felt very safe walking along the alleys late at night. We could rent a taxi inexpensively to take us to the Great Wall and waited until we were done, which was probably the highlight of the stay.
