Amazing pools and breakfast. I think this is the best location. Friendly stuff, but it would be good to have some important informations written (no one speaks english). We had amazing see view. Thrully reccomended.

The staffs are very polite and friendly. We requested for an ashtray in our room and they explained that the hotel is non-smoke hotel but they upgraded our room to a sea view suite with balcony so that we can smoke at the balcony instead. So sweet of them 🤗

    I don’t usually review, but this hotel was something else… Heaven on Earth – Just Book It! I don’t say this lightly—Rosewood Sanya is absolute paradise. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. If you’re even thinking about staying here, stop overthinking and just book it now. This is hands down the best hotel in the area, with world-class service and stunning surroundings that made it nearly impossible to leave. I’ll 100% be back! One of my favorite parts? They have a dedicated guest experience team who will help you plan everything—from adventures to relaxing getaways I did a yacht and helicopter ride—at super reasonable prices. I rented the cutest pink Porsche for just £60 for 24 hours (yes, really!). What an unforgettable experience. The seafood restaurant is another must-visit. Fresh fish swimming in tanks for you to choose from—so fresh, so delicious. The staff there are next-level amazing. A lovely woman from Nepal made my night with her warmth and impeccable service. She was so attentive I couldn’t even finish a glass of water before she’d top it up. Her name was Prettisha or so can’t quite remember but Truly a gem! Between the gorgeous beach, exceptional food, luxurious facilities, and the kindest staff, everything here is beyond amazing.

    An Unforgettable Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Sanya Conifer Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The highlight has to be the absolutely stunning rooftop and infinity pools — easily among the best I’ve ever seen, with breathtaking views and a vibrant rooftop bar right on the water. The facilities throughout the resort are top-tier, and the breakfast was a daily treat, offering a fantastic variety including plenty of Western options — which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Daisy at reception. Her hospitality and helpfulness made a lasting impression and really elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. This hotel truly has everything — comfort, beauty, great food, and incredible service. I’m already planning my next trip to Sanya just to stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

    Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

    The hotel is grand and their service level is generally high. There are many staff around to assist and guide. The rooms are huge and well maintained. The best thing I like about this hotel is its package which comes with admission tickets to its aquarium and water park, both of equally high quality. We enjoyed visiting the parks multiple times during our stay, for example to watch the beluga or mermaid performance on different days. There are multiple food outlets to try different local Hainanese food too.

    It is a beautiful island, although in the city Sanya it is a proper city with skyscrapers, a lot of buildings. SO if you search for a paradise small island you will be maybe disapointed. You have to know that in China everyhing is big and prepared for millions of people at once. The beach we stayed, Dadong was beautiful. There is a lot of restaurants, shops. It looks like Sanya would be the prefferend island of Russian people. Everywhere you see the Russian writing. Very few people know some English. We have eaten in small restaurant where normally local people would go- Lanzhou Ramen. You also need to try the desserts with coconut milk. Delicious hand made icecream. Fresh fruits are sold everywhere. They have everything!!! It is easy and not expensive to travel, we have used DIDI aplication. There is a lot of activities in the beach with resonable prices. We have visited the paradise island Wuzhizhou. It is beautiful but you can only swimm in ONE place on the island. ENJOY your stay in Sanya!

    The reception n driver at the hotel were helpful n approachable . The bathroom need to have a curtain as I find very undignified if having at night whether can see through or not. Too many insects as environment full of plants which can't help Breakfast which not provide coffee or tea or not serving? Some breads pl Need to teach how to turn gas cooker , TV but I managed to ask the driver to turn the air condition because I don't read Chinese as I'm ashamed of myself as I was not to send to Chinese school by my parents Other wise reason price to stay

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed. Nice beach, though the sea can be rough from time to time. There are some tourist attractions, and places to go. Tones of restaurants and shops, easy to get to. The airport is nearby. I can quite recommend it.

Also very enthusiastic teach me how to take a taxi!!! And fruit twice. Thank yju so mach!!! Moon cakes are also recommended!!! Very delicious! Five-star service!!! Ten- stars for Janny Wang!!! Free sea view room for us, you can enjoy the sea view notfar away, live in a hotel preferred hotel.
