This a wonderful hotel managed by the most hospitable owner,Patricia!We needed some help and she made a lot for us! We travel a lot and to find such a clean and comfortable place is really a gift!Everything is so well organized, you have all you need.The building is a historic one and it makes you feel like you can touch the past. The bed and the pillows are comfy.The linen,the towels of different sizes are new and white. The breakfast is amazing!We liked the location as it is near the metro station.But still it is very quiet and you can sleep with an open window. Casa conde is a real gem!Thanks a lot for such a wonderful staying!

    We stayed at the Hotel Plaza San Francisco at the end of our 1-month trip through Patagonia. We were very well received and everything was quick and simple during the check-in process. The room, although old-fashioned, was clean, spacious, the bed was huge and the sheets were impeccably clean. The view from our window was the imposing San Francisco Church. We even slept with the curtains open so we could admire the view when we woke up! The hotel may be a little old-fashioned, but it has its charm. Due to a delay in our flight, the hotel allowed us to stay in the room after check-out time for free, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. We ate several times at the hotel's "Bristol" restaurant and simply loved everything, from the service, to the food, and again the service. Everyone was very friendly, cordial and attentive. All dishes are served with a very careful and appealing presentation, the flavors all go together very well, and there is almost no waiting time, everything arrives at the table on time. We loved all the dishes we tried, but the lentil burger with exotic rice was phenomenal and won our hearts! The desserts were delicious, we loved the citrus profiterole and the raspberry yogurt tart!

    Hotel was modern & nice, in a very nice location. Los Condes is the safest area to be in Santiago, metro station was very close. Room was very clean and tidy, a bit odd to European standards since the sink & mirror was in the bedroom. Special mention to the breakfast staff and the doormen! everyone was nice and smiling :) also Tomas & ”Will Smith” in the rooftop bar were AMAZING! Also be aware, the hotel DOES NOT accept any debit cards, otherwise you’ll need to pay in local currency which increases the price alot. Also you need to pay safety deposit 50$/night (100$/night with cash), i hope the hotel would’ve mentioned this somewhere since the payment became such a big issue. After sorting the payment for ~25min, reception still charged 15$ for early checkin (we checked in 55min before checkin time), felt quite ridicilous. Overall very good experience, would stay again!

    This is a very unique, eclectic property with Cottages that mimic Hippie Caravans and wine barrels. The grounds are sprawling with a pool, open air bar and restaurant and optional spa, hot tubs, etc. The owner and his staff were very helpful as we don't speak the language. There are resident dogs on the property that are very affectionate, but the beagle is quite vocal (barking). The bed was very comfortable in our cottage and we really enjoyed our stay.

    Very friendly helpful staff. We spoke mostly English which was not a problem. The pool was a cool retreat after a dusty days sight seeing. We had free breakfast on our booking which was perfect. We didn't need much for lunch, if anything. Good location for the hop on hop off bus once you know the location on Nueve Providence Rd. The rooms are no frills but fine for our needs. Beds were very comfy.

The building and design is superb .our room was spacious and spotlessly clean .dinner was excellent.     Nobody I know likes Santiago or feels safe in Santiago. In my opinion, there is nothing to do in Santiago. Lastarria is a fun spot to stay. If you can get a view of the mountains that is a good thing. Uber is very expensive.

    Santiago is an amazing city.

    Santiago is an amazing city. And if you are a skier or snowboarder, this is an excellent place to come. if you stay in the Los Condes area, you are right at the base of the Andes and have access to several snow resorts, such as La Parva, and Valle Nevado. There's also a lot of activities, shopping, and dinning options all around. Vina del Mar and the Chilean wine country are also within a relatively short distance. Santoago Chile is well worth the trip, and a low budget option at that, as it is lower-cost option than other snow destination in South America. Keep in mind that there are earthquakes here, and the fact that the snow season here (June to October) is reverse of what it is on the Northern hemisphere.

    We were only in Santiago for 1 night. I would like to stay a few days to explore the sites in the future. We only speak English so it would be good to learn some Spanish. We ate in the food court in the shopping centre.
