Hans was very welcoming, even though I came a day earlier. There's a social launge, so you don't have to sit in your room. The views are pretty amazing. If you want to take the cable car, just need to step out of the house.

The owner was extremely kind, and couldn't have been more helpful. Very good breakfast. Large bedroom looking over the mountains, bed very comfortable. Lovely large bathroom, towels soft. Lovely balcony from the bedroom. Decor of the hotel was very warm and well decorated. Excellent location, very central.

    The most important and necessary to mention is the hospitality of the hotel owners. Moreover, the patience of 'the lord of the house' with answering all the questions of more eager and interested guests - about the location, the local cuisine, the recommended places to dine (locally) - is worth a great appreciation. Without showing any hurry or need to leave to do something else, he patiently answers all of that. Well, and that is something that goes beyond all the luxury of high-end hotels. Thank you. - the room was clean and offered everything needed - the parking was comfortable - the breakfast must meet expectations of everybody

    I chose this hotel because I loved Carigiet’s picture books. Then I had the best stay. The two male members of staff talked to me in English that I could understand with smile.Very friendly people. I would like to stay there again. Now I want to stay with my granddaughter.

    Modern hotel a little bit outside of the village, around 10 minutes from the railway station (go out from the opposite site to the village). Spacious room and the bathroom..very good restaurant in the ground floor, with a wide choice of pizzas, but not only. Great breakfast.

    Amazing and quiet location.

    Amazing and quiet location. We visited Davos during our stay as well and found that too busy - whereas Klosters was right up our alley. Quaint, with a few boutiques and very nice restaurants. Lots to do locally and plenty of transport methods to get anywhere you like - including cable cars to several peaks. Would recommend a stay to everyone.

    Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. It is not the place for Austrian style apres ski. This resort is more US style, up market and relaxed.

    Hotel located in such a lovely cozy small village but it has a spectacular stunning swiss mountains view. The hotel facility is like a dream for those who love the original classics castles decorations style. The staff are best of the best that I ever experienced in Switzerland. Tropical local swiss food in hotel’s restaurant are very good. The room are very good decorated. So variety and beautiful. Spa and pool area are so well organized and very clean. Hotel has so many private parking area and they are Free of charge which is quite unexpected in Switzerland. Most importantly during this Covid-19 social distancing period, Hotel has adapted the best flexibility policy in order to keep everyone safe. I am very happy staying in this hotel. For sure I will come back again.

    Klosters is perfect for hikers, skiers and mountain bike...

    Klosters is perfect for hikers, skiers and mountain bike riders. An easy 2-and-a-half-hour train trip from Zurich. Everything you need is within walking distance. Try Gastehaus Kessler for a great meal.

    We did enjoy staying in Klosters, for us it was so much...

    We did enjoy staying in Klosters, for us it was so much nicer than Davos. It was quiet at night time and had a good range of shops and cafes. An excellent Co-op sold a huge variety of foods. We only ate out once - at the Sonne Restaurant, where we had a lovely meal. Reasonably priced too. We made use of the swimming pool - had a laned area reserved for swimmers. I also liked the Nutli Huschi local museum. well worth a visit.
