The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating (they let me use my parking space beyond my stay, were very accommodating with check-out times and were very welcoming with the evening meal). The hotel is very clean and well-maintained and sleeps remarkably well given the absence of noise and light pollution. We had a wonderful stay in Apartment Werlen! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – quiet, with stunning mountain views, and just a short walk to the village. Our host was very friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome.
