The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses.
The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views.
I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland.
Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented.
Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast.
Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

Czech RepublicAfter staying in Grindelwald which is full of “pictures hunting” loud tourist groups a stay in this hotel was like a paradise. No one with selfie sticks, no loud people taking a pictures everywhere including wellness area. The hotel is clean, quiet, close to the railway station. We had a sea view double room with a balcony and it was a perfect choice - the view was amazing and siting at a balcony and watching a lake was a perfect relax. Nice swimming pool with warm water, clean saunas and comfortable sunbeds by the lake, where is possible to swim. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice, especialy Swiss cheese were amazing. Hotel has a restaurant which isn’t the best restaurant we have ever visited but It´s normal good restaurant with prices similar to the other places in Switzerland, the Coop market is on the other site of the road, just cross the street, train station less than 10 minutes walk

A special commendation goes to the team at Anouk, who went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected issue at a nearby petrol station. The hotel itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing ambience that perfectly matches the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The closest one where I stayed for work is the Culinarium Alpinum where I require to walk to the office. Also, there is no uber or any local app for cab to be there within the city ride. However, the buses and trains are well connected as the timings alone required to be known well in advance before you travel for the day as the nearest hill for food is Sarnen and nearest station is Stans and from there, you could travel to Lucern or stop trains through hops for Zurich.Guest review byKrishnakumarIndia - 10.0

This city is a short distance from Lucerne. There are frequent trains that go to Lucerne and further into Unterwalden. The main attraction in Hergiswill is the glass works and its museum and restaurant. There is a boat that stops there. It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans.
It's a nice village close to Luzern and Stans. You can easily get the train to Luzern or Engelberg and visit the Stanserhorn bahn or the Titlis bahn. Where you can ski, take in the beautiful views or do some walking. Best view of lake and walking areas to parks with a good childrens park nearby. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . There are so many places we like: 1. Breakfast at Spices Kitchen & Terrace - breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne for breakfast. Go early to get a table near the window. 2. Restaurant Taverne - its rosti is the best I have eaten in Switzerland. Must try! 3. For tennis players, must visit Diamond Domes to play tennis. For golfers, must try the 9 hole golf course with stunning scenery. 4. Experience the Hammetschwand Lift and the Suspension Stairs. 5. Enjoy the funicular railway and catamaran to Lucerne and return. All complimentary for hotel guests. 6. Download the Burgenstock App and check out the daily activities. There are Core & Stretch, Aqua Fitness, History Tour and Burgenstock Resort Movie. 7. Kehrsiten is a very small village. Seebaumen Hotel is located at the end of a 3km very narrow road, which leads to private houses. This is not a route you do easily everyday, especially if you have big car. You have very few alternatives except hiking and exploring the nature around the hotel.
