Wengen is an amazing location. The hotel is near the cable car and has a great view of the mountains. It is very close to the train station so we had connections to all the attractions. The receptionist, Mister Balazs was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast was nice and vary.

It opened up to a gorgeous view that seemed like a painting come to life, offering a tranquil spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Grindelwald. Breakfast at the hotel was a daily treat with its wide array of options. Whether you're craving something hearty or light, there's something for everyone. Accessibility is another plus. During the ski season, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to explore. Also, a scenic footpath leads you directly to the center of town – a lovely walk amidst stunning surroundings. We chose the half-board option, and it's safe to say that each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the skill and care of the chefs. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me.     Grindelwald is like a Swiss Fairytale.

    Grindelwald is like a Swiss Fairytale. All the wonderful Swiss Chalets, the incomparable alps, the charming Swiss people. Grindelwald is definitely a tourist town with shops selling all the Swiss trinkets, but that's part of the charm. No other place can you travel up to the famous Jungfrau and take in all that mountain offers. It's truly an adventure.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.

    Wengen is a perfect spot to make home base while you explore the Lauterbrunnen and Jungfrau region. This car free village is easily accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen, where you find a relatively cheap car park and train access to Interlaken. Wengen felt less crowded than Mürren or Lauterbrunnen in the valley. There are numerous restaurants, stores, and two grocery stores in town to stock up on essentials. Getting around the area is easy thanks to the train and the Männlichen gondola.

    Mürren was a great jumping off point for many hikes and adventures in the area, but was much more laid-back and less crowded than Lauterbrunnen. At the same time, it had plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants for our needs.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.
