The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options, beautiful view from the dining room. Room had a cute little balcony, and the view from there of the lake and mountains was just breathtaking.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Situated right next to the boat stop, only a few meters from the little boat Dock featured in k-drama Crash landing on you, our room had its own little terrace and view over the lake and the mountains. Very comfortable beds, large room. Excellent food in the restaurant, the "Crash landing on you" plate was the best fish and chips my daughter had ever eaten

Like the balcony and the late view from there. The food there is also quite good, including Chinese food. The hotel owners are very nice and friendly. Easy 20-30mins walk to the Brienz West station if you are a walker and enjoy walking along the lake. Even better if u drive.
