The hotel is amazing. The staff is very helpful and polite, we had a small wedding after party and the room was upgraded free of charge. I liked everything about the hotel except some mess during the breakfast, I think the waitress just forgot about my order, however it didn’t impact the overall experience:)

It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city.     Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system. Lovely buildings and so many museums. So much to see and do. English widely understood, which makes communication so much easier. Easily one of the top 10 places in the world to visit on holiday. Great place for culture buffs as well as for nature buffs.

    We have done lots of traveling and visiting churches and museums over the years so I wasn't planning on being so smitten with Vienna. The city is just gorgeous! I would highly recommend a walking tour.

    Getting around is SO easy with the U-Bahn & Tram lines.

    Getting around is SO easy with the U-Bahn & Tram lines. All the "Touristy" things are well worth seeing Schonbrumm Palace The Lipizzan Horses St. Stephen's Cathederal The Albertina Museum Hundertwassers Building Stadt Park State Opera House And tonnes more, if only our stay was longer!
