The location of the hotel is close to the Austria Center Vienna, which is convenient if you are attending a conference there. Donaupark and Donauturm can be reached within walking distance, and the city center is just a few stations from the nearest U-bahn station. The self check-in and check-out was very quick and simple, and you can even use your phone to unlock the room. The room was quiet and facing the garden, and was quite spacious for one person. The breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of things to choose from. WiFi connection was fast. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything, a beautiful renewed historical building, possition in the city centre, spacious clean room, very comfortable beds. But specially amazing staff. People on reception desk were so kind and ready to help for everything. Special thanks to Marlene who had suggestions and answers for all our questions. A superb hotel in a very central position. One road back so nice and quiet. Beautifully furnished and equipped rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

Everything about it . Location is 2 stops on the metro to opera vienna. Reception guy was just unreal the way he looled after us . Took the bags upstairs offer us a drink at the bar . Then the bar people where we had few drinks was really good . Nice young friendly staff all around. The room was big confy huge bed . Carpark very large . Altogether i will omly stay there on my next trips to vienna .

    Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system. Lovely buildings and so many museums. So much to see and do. English widely understood, which makes communication so much easier. Easily one of the top 10 places in the world to visit on holiday. Great place for culture buffs as well as for nature buffs.

    We have done lots of traveling and visiting churches and museums over the years so I wasn't planning on being so smitten with Vienna. The city is just gorgeous! I would highly recommend a walking tour.

    Getting around is SO easy with the U-Bahn & Tram lines.

    Getting around is SO easy with the U-Bahn & Tram lines. All the "Touristy" things are well worth seeing Schonbrumm Palace The Lipizzan Horses St. Stephen's Cathederal The Albertina Museum Hundertwassers Building Stadt Park State Opera House And tonnes more, if only our stay was longer!
