Everything! 1. Staff- really nice and accommodating- shout out to Michael; 2. Location- walking distance to the metro/ bus station; 3. Breakfast- super nice spread. they have cereals, juices, egg and BACON; 4. Room- very big- with sofa, balcony, kettle and ref. The room sometimes got a little bit warm good thing they have electric fan to save the day.

The location is very good and easy reachable by car. The breakfast options and dinner variations are varied and remarkably tasty. Sauna is cosy and hot as sauna need to be. Rooms are homely equiped and clean. Host was helpfull and accepted kindly our exctra requrements. Additional bonus is nature surronding the village.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beautiful and unique hotel from the point of our check-in until check-out. The dining experience of the 5-course meals was really good and each dish was delicious. Compliment to the chef! Breakfast offered a variety of good products. We enjoyed the wellness area, particularly four different saunas. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, special mention to Erik and Nico for their professional service.

Very nice personnel, always helpful and kind. Apartment with one bedroom for children and big bedroom for us was modern, quiet and absolutely clean. Wellness area with sauna and pool - fantastic. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, tasty local cuisine. We would recommend for sure and hopefully come back.

The most amazing hotels we've been to. The property is at the end of a valley, with great views all throughout the day, the rooftop swimming pool is beyond this world, the rooms were very spacious. The hotel is very very large, and despite the number of guests, it is always quiet & peaceful, and it's not so crowded when you are in the pool or the sauna. You really feel alone ! The food was very nice too, you can get something to eat all throughout the day, and cool stuff. Breakfast offers lots of choices, dinners are refined and the staff is always happy to help you ! We enjoyed every bit of our stay here, it was a great starting point for biking and hiking too.

    Very friendly and helpful staff, switched my room to suit my length regarding the bed! Nice swimming pool with very good showers. Half board included a 6-course diner and an excellent breakfast! They also will mail your postcards for you. I was here as a stopover, and was actually sorry to leave. Would have liked to stay longer. The bed was very good.

    The house is perfectly located fir skiers as it is at the route of G1 skibus so it ics convenient to get to the rwo cable cars: Moslbahn or Horbergbahn. Hippach is a small but nice village with a couple of stores and pretty buildings. We haven’t explored it too much as our time was dedicated to skiing.

    For the whole valley there is a card called Active.

    For the whole valley there is a card called Active. We spent 100 euro for 6 days and you can use it for travelling with the train till Mayrhofen and for using the cabin cable spread in the valley. This is very suggested.

    no good restaurants, in the town on the other side of river was outdoor pool, playgrounds for kids and sport center. good staring point if you want to ride bike in alps. good bus and train connection. Ramsau is between right in the middle between Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen. so good place to stay and sleep but you need to travel by car or bike to turistic places

    Brandberg is a delightful farming hamlet high in the Alps. It is so peaceful, surrounded by flower speckled meadows, cool woodland and, of course, the panorama of mountains. But access to Mayrhofen is easy by car, bus or footpath.

    The perfect Zillertal base — charming, active, and full of...

    The perfect Zillertal base — charming, active, and full of alpine character. Mayrhofen is a gem in the heart of the Zillertal Alps — both lively and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. My favorite spot in town was the central square with the iconic ibex statue and the beautiful alpine church, perfect for soaking in the mountain vibe. I enjoyed traditional Tyrolean meals at local guesthouses, and the hut-style restaurants in the surrounding mountains are worth the hike. Breakfast at my hotel was exceptional, and the Zillertal beer is a must-try after a long day outdoors. Getting around is easy — everything in town is walkable, and the Zillertalbahn train makes exploring the valley simple. For solo travelers like me, Mayrhofen is ideal: scenic hiking trails start right from town, there’s an excellent pool & spa complex (Erlebnisbad), and plenty of cafés and beer gardens to meet people or just relax.     I was in Brandberg to snowboard in the Zillertal.

    I was in Brandberg to snowboard in the Zillertal. The distance between Brandberg and the Zillertal was oké. Special about the appartment was a woodstove and the presence of sharp knifes in the kitchen! I loved it. The hosts were very friendly and helpfull.

    I've been to Mayrhofen many times over the years.

    I've been to Mayrhofen many times over the years. On top of the magnificent views and mountains, I always recommend it particularly on the size of the town. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and hotels in the centre, which give plenty of options if you ever should get a bad weather day. If you are there for a few days, the Active Card is well worth getting. It includes all lifts, train and buses in the valley, so you can get about easily, trying other towns in the valley, without thinking of additional cost.
