Everything was amazing, the decoration and the atmosphere was super cozy, the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized, including the spa. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10, we would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, located close to the ski lift. Rooms were clean, nicely equipped. Big thumb for large bathroom. At 6th floor you'll find pool for adults and small kids area with view on the ski slope. The unique thing for this hotel is ... kitchen! Various meals, full of taste for the breakfast and... delicious dinners where you'll find not only pork but also deer! Huge pros for that and bow to the Chef!

Andreas the host, and his parents were very friendly and helpful. The flat is very nice and comfortable with modern and stilish equipments. Kids enjoyed the 1st floor room, especially the mattress at the roof. :) While we liked the dinners on the balcony. The street was very calm, no trafic on it. The panorama on the mountains were awesome, we made several time-lapse vide about the clouds.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, going out of their way to ensure that both my pet and I had a comfortable stay. They provided dog treats at check-in and even had a special area for pets to play. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with easy access to outdoor areas where dogs can roam. The room was clean and tidy and with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location on the old town building in Murau is also great as a base point to travel around this beautiful city and nearby area. Last but not least, the host was very polite and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place.
