The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower and the generous range of toiletries. The room is located next to a small mall which has excellent shops; we got a lot of good buys there. There is an amazing fish restaurant close by. The pool is large and clean and the pool staff attentive. We had a good meal in the restaurant on the first night and again the staff were lovely. The valet parking was very efficient despite being very busy on a hot day. I would stay here again.

Exceptional Service from Housekeeping and Reception I had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay, and I love to thanks to the incredible team. The housekeeping staff- Manoj, Nipuni, Habib and Jammi, consistently ensured my room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Their meticulous attention to detail and hard work truly enhanced my experience, making my stay feel truly relaxing. 🥂 Adding to this positive experience Noha at the reception she had welcoming smile always made me feel genuinely valued. She was problem solver. Together, these individuals made my stay truly memorable. Thank you once again.

I liked everything. Friendly stuff, comfortable, clean room with many extras, fantastic breakfast, good TV, fridge and coffee machine, pool, fitness room. Marvellous view on the mangrove river and the city. Next to the main city buslines and a shopping mall.

Ras Al Khaimah is a peaceful, safe, and pleasant city that’s easy to get around by car.
