On arrival i was upgraded to double room on the 6th floor with balcony and beautiful views which was a very nice gesture. 2 ladies at the reception Christina & Silvia were extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to them I discovered a beautiful ski area in Ordino Arcalis just a short bus drive away. And what a fantastic skiing it was there…the best!

Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated.
Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️.
The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra.
We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time.
For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Food was really nice: first course was a buffet with a lot of choice of vegetables, soup, 2 types of warm dishes and 3 "starters/salads" ; for main course you could choose out of 3 dishes (2 meat and 1 fish) and there are 3 options for dessert.
Breakfast was also great. Only minus point: no vegetables for breakfast.
A great benefit is the bar at the hotel.
It gave me possibility to get (warm) drinks during the day.
Staff is soooo kind.
We were with our baby and they were entertaining him and also always came to talk during our meals . Felt homey.
I will for sure come back again

I was there for the World MTB championships and the organisation for getting to and from the bike park was excellent. There were plenty of buses available to the gondola to access the bike park. Small very quite village in between more lively Arinsal and La Massana each only a half hour or so walk away. Handy free places to park if you wanted to explore the walking tracks. Easy base to drive to other locations. There seems to be some road improvements being configured that should improve the access but neither of the works to the North to Arinsal or South to La Massana are causing or look likely to any disruption to existing traffic flows.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old.
Family ski trip with a 8 and 6 year old. The resort is very good for beginners and intermediates. Everyone working here in all areas seemed friendly. We all had ski school which was all at the same time and oddly morning four hours lessons were split to 09:00-12:00 and 15:00-16:00. This meant a lot of time was wasted dropping off kids and getting to lessons/waiting for people to arrive as it was twice per day. And we couldn't really go do anything else if we wanted to attend the afternoon hour lesson. Our instructors were all very good during the lessons though. We also paid for lockers at the top of the gondola but they didn't open till 15 minutes before lessons started 5 minutes away, resulting in a mad rush of lots of people trying to get ski boots on in a small space all at the same time. The resort was not that busy when we were there, but the bars/restaurants on the slopes filled very quickly and it was often a wait to get a table for lunch. ACCESS TO VALLNORD (ARINSAL & PAL) IS EASY FOR THOSE WANTING TO SKI IN THESE TWO RESORTS. Great resort for skiing at a beginner/intermediate level. Beginners will blossom with fantastic ski schools. Intermediates can ski in Arinsal and take the gondola across to Pal on the other side of the mountain so more choice of skiing. Great bars and food in the restaurants is excellent. La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want...
La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want to be outside of ALV (whch is only a 15 minute drive). It's got a good selection of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to get around to see the rest of the country from there.
