The young man and woman (who only spoke Albanian) in the Reception. He was helpful with laundry and taxa. The location couldn't be better. It is definitely in the Center! Spacious room!

The hotel is new, everything is very clean and professionally designed. The staff is great, very polite. Check in is early, from 7 AM, which is really good, since a lot of people come by night bus for work. The breakfast was good, and they even made early breakfast at my request, because I had to leave for work. I guess the location is not strictly central, but North Mitrovica is tiny, so everything is walking distance. There are stores, a pharmacy, a pastry shop right next to the hotel, and several food options two streets below.

It locates in a very convenient place. It's very close to the lovely street where there are a lot of coffee shops / restaurants. The bus terminal is also within a walking distance.

We had a warm room, comfortable beds, good internet, free parking, 10 min walking distance from centre, private toilet with mini shower, located in a side, quiet street. The host accepted us before the announced checking time. On the outer door there was name of wifi network and password, so that you can connect and call the owner on Whatsapp - this was very useful.

Brand new hotel that was done really well. Spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, fast wifi and super clean. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch! Perfect location in the heart of the city, with many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores just around the corner. The family that owns and runs the hotel are such genuinely warm, helpful, and welcoming people. They will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Outstanding hospitality!
