Everything is falling apart, rusty, mouldy and overall dirty and well passed its use by date. The floors have holes underneath the carpet so the floor is uneven and dangerous. The main gas boiler for the entire house is in the apartment which is in the basement of the house. Carbon monoxide alarm was there but without batteries so completely useless. It was cold and there were limited windows for light given it’s in the basement, although we checked out within hours of arrival because it was so bad so can’t comment on the light. Serious security issues see following comments.
