Great location, clean facility

We love the property and the location. It’s perfect distance to everything, beach, downtown, but away from the hustle bustle of the docks.

Sabrina was welcoming to us upon check in and had a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary with Prosecco in our room. The room was spacious and exactly the Block Island coastal feel we were hoping for. The location is great! Short walk to the ferry and bars and restaurants. The breakfast spread was phenomenal with a perfect view! Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back next summer for sure :)

The staff was great and most accommodating. The vibe was fresh and "beach modern." We had breakfast and one lunch there and the food was better than most of the other offerings on the island. The location was terrific, though a bit too close to the auto traffic. Sitting outside on the veranda or cliffside bar was marvelous.

Our room was ready at about 1pm. The grounds are amazing. We had a cocktail at the fire pit, watched the birds and enjoyed a tranquil sunset. The location is great as well. I recommend taking a cab from the ferry terminal because of the steep hill.

Breakfast was good. Wished they had bacon or some other protein. Staff was great (Sabrina) in every way. Location and accomadations were really nice. Amazing spot with beautiful views. Quiet enough to hear the ocean waves at night and close enough to shops and restaurants.

it’s located on a corner with a huge lot 1.2 miles from the main strip. it’s dog friendly, real breakfast served daily, and the owner couldn’t have been more pleasant.
