They really make this place a nice place to stay. They were sweet to our kids and made our trip memorable. They went above and beyond to take care of us and help us navigate our new surroundings from the moment we exited the airport and throughout our entire trip.

Loved it so much, really beautiful and chilled out place to stay, extended my stay, loved my rooms (extended my stay) and the pool is perfect for a chilled swim and wind down. Staff are very friendly and easy going. I loved the more traditional feel, rather than the more modern hotels etc. Still has good AC and excellent showers etc. I didn't have breakfasts as was busy volunteering at the Soi Dog shelter (just 15 mins away). The Natural restaurant across the road is good too and lots of other good places in the town. And obviously super convenient for the airport (didn't hear any plans).

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.
